Location is good, hotel is nice, service is a bit slow

The location was great! The hotel is located in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood. Loved the room too! And the girls working there try their best I guess Loved the complimentary breakfast!

Staying is average.Room decorations have to improve ,floor are stinky.May clean batter than well.

The hot water was not working in the washroom . Upon calling multiple times the reception and housekeeping, they turned up after hours . They didn't fix it properly and ended up in providing too much hot water which is not adjustable and I burnt my hands as well due to huge temperature . They didn't even change my room when requested . The experience was very bad .

Our stay was quite comfortable. The staff was courteous and hospitality was of a good standard. Special mention of kushi & Janvi as they were extremely helpful and forthcoming.. a highly recommended centrally located hotel with all required comfort parameters.

Location is excellent. Food is good. Hotel seems to be overpriced due to it's location. You have to keep asking for additional water bottles as they provide only 500 ml per person per day.

worst property ever stayed.. ac not working.. bed and linen so dirty... they have bed bugs in the bed... dirty blanket... tv not working.. pathetic

No bell to carry luggage, even no partition in between WC and bathing area, god know how can they get star category???? It was really worst

Had an excellent experience at Ginger Chanakyapuri. The service by Harish Jaiswal ji was truly outstanding, and the food prepared by Chef Lokesh Kumar was delicious. Great hospitality and memorable dining!

My stay at Ginger Chanakyapuri, Delhi was comfortable and pleasant. The location is excellent — peaceful yet well-connected to key city spots. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, responsive, and made sure I had a smooth experience.

Excellent stay and services offered in hotel. Restaurant food is very tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book this hotel in next visit to delhi.

The overall stay inwould say was average the thing that annoys me the most is the service of the hotel whether it be food or housekeeping. Even if i order tea or just some fresh towel i was prepared to wait atleast 20 mins for just a pair of fresh towels
