Property's location: well placed, easy connectivity with metro, auto, cab food: i had the breakfast buffet which included decent variety, and even though initially on day one i had to raise concerns regarding food being cold, the good thing is mr. Ankit and other members of the "cumin" restaurant at ginger were extremely proactive and they turned the situation around and by the end of it i was happy with my experience i want to mention that the reason the rating is "good" is mainly because of the extremely wonderful staff at ginger, right from ms. Ria and dipika at reception to mr. Rahul in room service who went that extra mile to make the stay comfortable despite glitches like toilet flush not working properly or bathroom toiletries not stocked earlier, they listened carefully to the concern and rectified situation promptly

I've had a great experience staying at this Ginger Faridabad. I especially want to commend mr. Rahul kumar from the housekeeping department for his excellent work. He cleans the rooms thoroughly and is very dedicated to his job. All Ginger Faridabads should recognize and support staff like him. I wish rahul a bright future and thank him for making my stay so enjoyable.

It was an amazing experience as the staff were very good in service, not a single person from the staff said no for any assistance i needed, the ambiance and the food quality was great, i stayed for 2 days and 2 nights and felt nice. I will definitely recommend everyone to book the Ginger Faridabad ginger if you go to faridabad specially if you go for official purpose.

Excellent support and service provided by mr. Satish from house keeping during stays. His behaviour is remarkable towards customer satisfaction. Cafeteria ambience is good and even reception staff is very cordial. Rooms are not small but overall it was a pleasant stay. Food quality is also very good.

3 night stay. Budget Ginger Faridabad with clean rooms. Average breakfast and food options . There is a power supply issue in the locality, but Ginger Faridabad is serviced by generator without problems. Switch over time is bit irritating. Decent option for optimised budget.
