Ginger Gangtok

It was a good stay. Property is 6 km from gangtok m. G. Road but has spacious location and has excellent view of mountains. Food is quite o. K, less varieties. Amenities well provided, have a gym also. Staffs well behaved, cleanliness maintained. Would like to mention names aditi, bhagwat, nisha in reception who always greeted with smile, suraj maintained cleanliness of our rooms and mr. Nor-bu always cooperated and arranged all tours including lachung, yumthang valley, nathula pass etc. In the best way.

Location is around 7 km from mg road or main city, but local taxis are available frequently from here to going anywhere. Room cleanliness is excellent, space is also good, view from Ginger Gangtok is excellent, food options are available in breakfast and dinner and food quality is good, only thing they have to improve is room service for food, it is little bit delayed, even once i have ordered at 9 pm but even after reminder calls i haven't received the lime soda in room, but overall stay was nice

Property location was excellent. Staff although is good, need to be trained a bit more. Food was served with a lot of delay and restaurent kept guests waiting. Customers were getting restless, this was not handled well. Lifts one block to other was really confusing. Rooms were very good. Overall a good rating

Excellent property. Rooms are spacious, neat and very well maintained. Valley view is excellent. The Ginger Gangtok is in the outskirts of gangtok but you get sharing taxi at rs 40 per person from bojoghari junction. Food is excellent. Very tasty. However, options are limited but sufficient.

Beautiful property convenient n nice location. Since it's brand new Ginger Gangtok is maintained well. Good food. There was some technical problem of room heating system, which could not be fixed. Other than this true value for money definitely recommendable

Our stay at ginger gangtok is awesome. We stayed for 2 nights with our family on our sikkim tour. Staff are very polite and ready to help with everything. We got one view room for the booking of 3 rooms.

Very well maintained property. Newly constructed. Has all the facilities with delicious food, gym and most important 24 hours warm water which is a boon. Good hospitality and great service from the tatas

The food is exceptionally good. I would absolutely show up just for a bite at their restaurant every time i'm in town. Neat, friendly staff. No complaints
