Ginger Goa, Madgaon

1- Near the railway station the best thing. 2- The room was good but not clean properly ledis hair on bed. 3- The food was good. 4- wifi not working in laptop 5- after 11 pm the restaurant was closed so food was not available even though the tea was not available. 6- Good for nearby railway station stay.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel in Madgaon, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, especially for short business trips or quick family stays. The location is convenient, close to the Madgaon railway station and easily accessible to nearby attractions and transport options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does a good job of keeping everything tidy, and the washrooms are spotless with proper hygiene standards maintained. The interiors are minimal yet comfortable, with essential amenities like Wi-Fi, a working desk, and a TV. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety of options. However, it could be improved with a few more hot choices and beverages. One small disappointment was that no complimentary tea or coffee was provided during our stay, as it was mentioned in booking.Adding this feature would enhance the guest experience. The staff members were polite, helpful, and responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk handled everything efficiently. Security and cleanliness across the property were commendable, giving a sense of safety and comfort. Overall, Ginger Madgaon is a good choice for travelers seeking clean, affordable, and conveniently located accommodation in South Goa. While there’s room for small improvements, the experience was largely positive. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Pros: Conveniently located near the railway station. Cons: Shower was not working, dinner package was disappointing, and breakfast was delayed. Overall, the stay was average. Issues with amenities impacted the experience. Might be worth considering other options.

Hotel is good clean and nit also near to railway station

The guys at the reception namely riju and pritesh were very polite, warm and courteous... The rooms were neat and clean and the food at the coastal tawa was tasty

Hotel is walking distance from Madgaon Station. Amenities is good considering new property. Food quality is great.

The hotel is close to the railway station, but there’s no parking facility—you can only park on the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the interiors felt a bit outdated. The property is quite small with a basic ambiance. I had opted for breakfast and dinner; the breakfast was really good, but dinner was disappointing with no buffet and only a few limited items served. Overall, okay for a short one-day stay, but not ideal for a longer visit and just felt like normal hotel.

Very noisy from the railway station. The rooms were OK. The restaurant food- breakfast and dinner was extremely terrible and inedible. They have not hired a good chef.

Good stay...very near to Madgaon Railway station...no need to boom taxi..food is average..room is neat and clean

Great location, just besides the Margao station, walkable distance. Local commute options available at the property, with the rickshaw stand and cabs available closeby. Onsite restaurant available, limited breakfast options though getting repeated for those who end up having an extended stay. Room is decent, with refrigerator and a small desk to work, bathroom is fairly large for the room size. 2nd floor of the property surprisingly has a seating area for people to meet or collaborate, which I found positive. Room service was very very efficient, and food ordered was not very spicy for the palate, just great, yummy, kudos to the F&B team. Roadside parking available for personal vehicles. Didn't get time to explore other facilities at the property.

Nice rooms , friendly staff , only issue is it’s opp Madgaon station , the announcement can be heard ( faintly )

Clean, crisp and great room size. With lots of natural light. Breakfast was great taste wise. We also had dinner in the hotel, amazing sea food.
