The property is located in vip road within the iihm campus. Its very far from the main city and hence location wise, it's not great. However, the property is decent though a lot of maintenance issues persist. However it's the promptness of the services by the staff members that make the stay a bit comfortable. The rooms and washrooms though neat require maintenance which the management is not providing. This is completely different to what the tata's offer as this is part of the tata group. The restaurant provides sumptuous and delicious food and the variety is pretty decent. Overall prices are reasonable but it is for the kind of services and amenities provided. Also the Ginger Guwahati charges for basic requirements such as room slippers or dental kits. Overall it's a normal experience.

The Ginger Guwahati is tucked away from the city centre and if that is not a concern for you then it can be an ideal place to stay. The food is nice and the service is great. Perfect for people coming to play tennis at aata courts adjacent (walkable distance) although the approach road can get a little muddy during the rains. But taxi (ola) option is there to overcome it. Perhaps they can try to remove the garbage bin on the main approach road. Else we had a good stay time here.

The property is located in a green environment in greater 6th mile area on vip behind tennis court. It is well connected with wide roads from airport a s railway station. The overall experience is good with scope for improvement in housekeeping and maintenance. The staff is very friendly and helpful always. Food is not great but better than average. The campus is green and ample parking space makes it easy for moving in out.

The best Ginger Guwahati for relaxing and very beautiful surroundings and you will find there is no sound pollution and air pollution there as it is situated far from main road. Very peaceful are. Foods are excellent and very delicious. A huge area you will get to walk in the evening, parking capacity is also enough. Everything is good about the Ginger Guwahati. I have been visiting this Ginger Guwahati from last 12 years.

Hotel Rooms Was Ok Gives 8 Out Of 10. Food Was No Doubt Yummy 🤤 10 Out Of 10. Service Of Hotel Staffs Where Just Wow 😮 Whenever We Face Some Issue They Ready To Help So Quick I Was Totally Surprised By Seeing That I Will Here Also 10 Out Of 10. Location Of Hotel Is Lill Bit Outside The City Limit So In That Case We Face Some Problem While Travelling Here I Gives 8 Out Of 10. Overall Experience Was Excellent 9 Out Of 10.

It was good. Check in/check out was smooth. Room service and cleaning was great. People were polite and friendly. The only annoying thing was its connectivity from main road. If you want to walk through from main road to Ginger Guwahati after sunset, it's scary as road is very narrow, having no road lights and covered with overgrown bushes on both sides of the road.

The Ginger Guwahati is located at a very secluded place. My flight got delayed, so i had to check in late in the night. On my way to the Ginger Guwahati, it was really dark as there were no street lights on the road to the Ginger Guwahati. Overall, the stay was good, the staff is well behaved and the food is good.

However, the room floor was dirty upon check-in. Despite this, the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, quickly addressing any issues

Property -ok, needs renovation in some aspects. Rooms are a bit conjested. Service : overall service was good. Certainly scope for improvement. Overall value for money Ginger Guwahati. But for family trip, rooms are not spacious.

Lovely Ginger Guwahati away from the city. Peaceful with great food and lovely rooms. Very nice staff. Cant wait to visit again. In fact i am planning to stay here with my girl friend in march. Just cant wait

1 a lot can be done about food. Some variety in menu especially fishes may be provided. 2 the beds are too soft. Hard mattresses are recommended for the back. 3 buffet dinner should be more regular with inclusion of some dessert.
