property and not proper staff for room service and not good break fast so totally fadup this property

Room is very small and suffocating.you should provide transportation at least on campany reservations.

clean rooms, strategic location, good parking, exclusive lift for guests and helpful staff even during Diwali holidays

experience was excellent Staff are very courteous and helpful. Especially Ms. Prachi, Ms. Nitdhayanshree and another girl who was there during my check out

As i asked for Warm water as i was not well and waited for 15 mins after my checkout but the receptionist couldn’t give me warm water and i had to go as my cab came and the same receptionist told me to pay extra for checkin before 2pm and that was also 10 am not so early i had never had such experiences at any of the ginger stay i have been i guess there are different rules to every city and every hotel i will never stay at Ginger indore again

Very good hospitality and breakfast with a variety of the food. Easily accessible location with connectivity.

We reached room at 22:52 pm, it was written in the food menu that we can order till 23:00 but still they did not register pur food order so we had to order through online food delivery from restaurants outside. The TV was not working properly, the TV apps were getting started on their own , seems like they were connected with nearby room remotes too.. So we were not able to use the TV properly. The handwash bottle inside the washroom was not working.

Seamless checkin, fast checkout, prompt housekeeping, polite staff and good food.

value for the money. Facilities are good. Hot water and other accessories provided. I have enjoyed but very short term I stayed in this hotel

The location is prominent, the food is excellent, healthy maintained Good hygiene across premises, basic amenities to fulfill all requirements, services with courtesy and politeness is adding feather in cap

Everything was good, Good behaviour of the staff , however the rooms are small.This is the only issue.

1.After Paying Room has old window AC No celling Fan ,it was wall maint fan. Reception Staff keep chasing for food bill payments in working hours I am regular customer of Ginger however there is no special consideration Nothing as a customer It's really disgusting.

Staying at Ginger Indore was indeed a wonderful experience. The staff mainly the front desk Prachi and her colleague were very courteous. Food mainly breakfast is healthy and yummy 😋

The room was average, and the window AC was quite noisy did’t feel comfortable. However, the hospitality and food were good.

Hotel Ginger Indore is in the heart of the city and completely accessible for sight-seeing Breakfast available was amazing Overall hospitality by the front desk staff Miss Ritika and house keeping staff was very comfortable ,but the switches in the rooms were small and couldn't hold the adapters don't rely on wifi connectivity ,make sure to have a sufficient data pack recharged
