Ginger is standard hotel in a budget. It is almost same quality in different cities. Breakfast is good. Healthy food options in ginger kochi. Akhil nair the front office staff was very polite and approachable. Metro is also at walking distance. 15 minutes from lulu mall.

Had a comfortable stay at Ginger Kochi! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The food was tasty with a good variety. The location is excellent — just about 50 meters from the metro station, making travel very convenient. Great value for money and would definitely stay again! 👍

The customer service is no good. I booked room from 9am to 5pm . But I reached at 12:30 pm . But they didn’t give me room. They said I need to wait for 15 minutes. Not in first I waited for 5 minutes and I asked them on that time they saying I need to wait. Also there conversation is not good. There talking is very bad. Like they commenting us to wait. I asked to contact the manager on that time they said there is no manager in the hotel today.

The room were okay. The location is good...it's close to the metro station...there was no much amenities....hotels with lower cost has more amenities than here...there wasn't even a hair dryer here. The breakfast was okay...not much options though
