It was very nice in all aspects. This is third time am staying there in last 20 days. So nice. Needs to mention mr ashwanth, front office, the way he is handling is superb, when i reached around 9 pm come to me and asked tea, it was nice. Another most attractive thing was, complementary breakfast, will serve only by7!30, but train was at 6 am. He arranged yummy break fast in a beautiful pack. It was no nice and appreciated. I have received the same way from other Ginger Kochi MG Road also earlier, but always was from my pressure and for name sake will give someone. But it was not like that, also room service and house keeping was always responded without any delay. Congratulations once again

We a group of 3 people came from a great devotional trip to sabarimala and directly checked into Ginger Kochi MG Road ginger at mg road in cochin. It was almost mid night, and we were too tired, and the first look at the Ginger Kochi MG Road was so soothing. We had a instant checkin with not much hassles, and once we entered the room, i found the room to be so neat and clean with all setup so nicely. Absolutely, class and neat every thing in the room. We could relax and sleep well and the morning break fast was too good. It being in the city center, we could go around for some temples and shopping the next day. Overall, i felt its really a 5 star experience for 3 star budget.

Ginger has a very nice room and amenities as usual. But the staff are not completely trained. If we ask for the toiletries, they will bring a bucket and mug which we are not expecting from a tata brand. There is a coffee option in the front area where you will get the worst cappuccino and expresso. I never got such pathetic coffee like that ever before at that price! but over all, it is a decent stay and if we need to extent the checkout time till 4pm, we need to pay only 25% of the booking amount as extra, which seems a nice option.

The room was comfortable and the ambience was good. The tv had a hanging set top box dangling on top of it which didn’t go with the ambience of the room. Remember to ask for a moisturiser or hair dryer (perhaps iron too) if you need one as that isn’t part of the room accessories. Food was limited for breakfast considering the amount charged this wasn’t expected.
