Ginger Lucknow

My recent stay at Ginger Lucknow exceeded expectations. The sleek, modern design of the property was impressive, with attention to detail evident throughout. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of downtown with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. However, it was the attentive service that truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, accommodating any requests with efficiency and professionalism. While the amenities were satisfactory, including a fitness center and rooftop terrace, there was room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, and I would certainly consider returning to Cityscape Suites for future visits to the city.

Food was amazing and the room was nice, clean but the size of rooms were very compact. Service was poor, the house keeping never come in 1 call, also staying in such a branded Ginger Lucknow, it was a shock to me that only news channels and a few other channels were working on the tv. So overall it was an average experience, expected more and better from such a branded chain Ginger Lucknow.

The Ginger Lucknow was placed in a secure location and overall customer security was also there. The rooms were pretty small for the price paid. Breakfast options were good. The room service menu seemed to have been slashed but the food's taste and quality was good. This is our second stay at the Ginger Lucknow. Preferred Ginger Lucknow to stay while in lucknow

This is my second time in ginger Ginger Lucknow lucknow. I prefer the Ginger Lucknow owing to the locality, ease of access to various tourist spots and eateries and overall safe setting. The rooms are very compact though. The food quality and taste is good. Hotel recommended for people with a budget but looking for quality.

Location is ok, far from the city as such, the food needs to be better in terms of taste and variety. Amenities are ok however the bed & bath linen provided is not up to the mark in terms of being spot free n well ironed. The room i checked into had not been cleaned and i had to have the bed linen changed in front of me.

Ginger i know previously it is by tata group. So i looked to book it. However i used our mm t to book it ( as it is my preferred platform) however during check in it got delayed by ginger team other than that it is good. Rooms are compact but clean. But the towels were not clean which they provided.

The location was so easy to find, the food is also very delicious and the services are also very good. The place also involves the free gym services & there is no limit on water bottles & beverages packs. The service response is approx 5-10 mins. Overall, i rate it as 4/5 ) do visit.

I have stayed at Ginger Lucknow twice for work trips and my the stay was the most comfortable. Rooms are decent and clean…may not be suitable if you are looking for luxury stay. Their staff is very courteous. Would highly the place

Stay was comfortable. Food was not very good in terms of taste with the need to be more refined when i came to gravy the same gravy is used in different items.

Pleasant stay for business visitors. Neat room, although it’s a bit small. Nice ambience. An extra space for hanging clothes would have been nicer.
