This one is a really good Ginger Mumbai Airport. I had stayed for only 1 night, but still the experience was good. Their morning buffet spread is really nice. Lot of options and good quality food. The only trouble i had was with parking wherein the valet person wouldn’t allow me to park my car on my own. I mean, its my choice right to give my car for valet or not. Sorted this issue after i spoke with a Ginger Mumbai Airport rep. Rest everything is good. Even though rooms are a bit small and congested, they are really neat and tidy and made a comfortable stay.

Breakfast had lots of variety and it was hot and tasty. The staff in the dining were very courteous and service was very good. The reception staff, the travelling desk and the security and the house keeping were up to the mark (5 star). To sum up everything was very good and I will recommend every traveller to stay in this Ginger Mumbai Airport.

Food had less variety. Toilet ceiling was leaking over the wc section of the washroom. Tang was served as orange juice instead of real orange juice. Rest was ok

Location is excellent close to airport and access to main connecting roads. Food was very brief and tasty especially idil’s and i come from south. Interiors of rooms very compact and comfortable. Bathrooms could have been little bigger. Amenities was good inside room. Lounge and reception area was good.

Great 'first stay' experience at ginger mumbai airport, liked their pre-arrival phonecall, airport pickup in a pollution free car, checkin, room, gym, room service, breakfast at restaurant, checkout. Drop back to airport. All superbly professional and flawless.

Every thing is ok accept the services because there is no codination between the staff specially if you book room threw other chenal partner. They call me 4times for my booking i'd 5th time bang on door all thoug i put dnd. Still she knock the door and the reception also there no que system they call you if they like you. If you want to confirm you can check on the cctv.
