Ginger Mumbai, Andheri East

Rooms were not clean during check in and a dust bin full of dirt and old garbage was inside my room as soon as I checked in. Washroom was not clean, stains were there in bed linen .

i could not check in as I was stuck in traffic in rain...have been requesting for the cancellation immediately 2 hrs from the tine i booked the hotel but even after 24 hrs there is no response

As per my expectations the hotel room was not tidy enough, supplies were not very decent to use. Restaurant staff in the breakfast hall were very friendly and helpful although the reception staff and evening staff in the restaurant wasn’t very hospitable. Check out and checkin were task for me, time management is not very helpful. As per the name I expected much better experience.

I enjoyed the stay. The rooms although small are clean and cozy. The pillows are too soft but mattress is comfortable. Food is good. It is a good option for short business stays near airport.

It's my second visit. I found this hotel value for money. Hygiene is well maintained. Limited menu option but the food was nice. Near the airport and the Andheri railway station.

It was a good stay well clean rooms and service was good. Just 1 things the plates are chargeable now and that too they are provide disposable plates and spoons

Stay at Ginger Teli Gali property is really blessed....starting from check in till check out, they take care of all which we feel we stay at home. The front office Ms Priti and Ms Disha, both of them welcome warmly make our check in process ease and explain the features. Property location is easily accessible. Food spread are always good with limited, which tempts to have decent breakfast. Property amenities are all fantastic. Over all... Good stay

Very disappointing, room was dirty with lots of dust gathered near the cupboard, iron bad came without a temp knob and iron board was dirty not in a condition to use. Staff at the restaurant made me feel as if she is doing a favour by taking the order, tea was not served on the table during the breakfast time. I was told to pick myself Overall very bad experience, I will never stay in this hotel again

Pleasant stay, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Spl. mention for Mr. Shubham who helped me in the mid night to check in where I had made a wrong booking. Overall had a good experience at the property.
