Poor Stay

first of all, I book the stay for the day. Use that is from 9 AM to 5 PM. When I reached at 9 AM. The check-in process took approximately 45 to 50 minutes. In the middle of that check in process. We ask them why it is taking so much time. They said they are looking for the rooms if it is available or not after that when we ask them for compensation one hour extra for the checkout, they rejected our request and said we can hardly take extra 30 minutes. Only overall room was clean and it stay was very much comfortable.
