Location 10/10 food 10/10 amenities 10/10 services 10/10 Amenities were really amazing. Location was really amazing, and the staff was very cooperative and humble. Even the managers were great. Even the helpers and other workers were also very good in terms of their behaviour. Room was neat and clean. Had an excellent view of the city as well, everything was perfect.

Had stayed earlier in May 25 and experience was great so decided to stay once again. Sadly experience wasn't that great as room was concerned. Rooms were clean. but a bit dated. The first room offered had a peculiar smell. The staff were quick to shift us to another room. Service from all staff members was excellent polite and efficient. The buffet dinner and breakfast we had in Qmin restaurant was very good and so was the service from the restaurant staff. Did not use any other amneties. Just felt that the 10k price tag for the room wasnt justified for Nagpur City.

Location is good...services are average..hardly any amenities...not happy at all..room was very small...for 2 people there is only one chair...no table top for keeping the luggage..no wi fi working...only one cup provided...overall room was very small...
