I had booked ginger pantnagar for a stay for 2 nights with my family. Checkin experience was good, i presented my voucher and was duly provided with rooms quickly. Divya at reception was quick and efficient while also addressing answers to my questions. The room was a bit of a disappointment, only one set of towels were provided for a double occupancy room on both days. Ird food was good but it took significant time to deliver a rather simple order of stuffed paratha. I hated the mosquitoes in the room. They were all over the place biting and irritating us the entire night. Hotel people knew of the problem and didn't do anything about it. Breakfast buffet was functional but south indian selection of food was horrendous. Please change your south indian chefs, there was not even an iota of authenticity in the taste. Rest of the food was great. I was also stunned to find that car cleaning services are not provided. I was willing to pay for it but the service simply did not exist. Room cleanliness was fine, bathrooms were clean and functional. Check out was smooth and no problems faced in payment at Ginger Pantnagar. It was a good stay but would have been better. With dna of taj, brand like ginger can of course do much better

I had a great stay at ginger pantnagar. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. The washroom was spotless. The food at the Ginger Pantnagar was good not great though. The staff members were friendly. Ginger pantnagar can be a fantastic choice for accommodation. It is a decent Ginger Pantnagar. It has all basic facilities in the room. Although the room is a bit small. Service is very good. Good hygienic rooms and floors. Wifi is too bad, like you cannot even think. It is that worse. In today's world, where we are talking about 5g. Their speed is like 0. 5mbps(half, just like 2g days. I was thinking about working from here throughout the stay, but had to use my own internet for it. I think they should also provide new ott services on their tv. Like bring up the netflix amazon on tv. Lastly, i also got annoyed by the pigeons outside. They are at the window all the time. Sometimes making noise.

The room was nice and the staff also accommodated the extra bed nicely. It was a nice way to place the extra bed. The front desk staff was very efficient and professional. The food section staff was very caring and they made food ready as per our need in the early hours as we were to take a flight. These gestures makes the ginger brand - a tata enterprise take high levels as service providers. Keep it up.

Although everything was fine except for the fact that keys never work. I stayed there two times and every-time i hot the keys that dont work. Also, they were charging me for early check in which is the first time i have heard of it. I argued with the manager then he removed those charges. Everything was okay with the property, clean and safe.

A good place to stay but there is enough scope for improvement in service. Food quality is good and there is enough items and variety for the breakfast buffet. Needs improvement in terms of service. The toiletries, dental kit and saving kit had to be asked for which should have been available readily in the room. Rest overall is good.

I had come. To visit my son studying at pant nagar. We always use to stay at Ginger Pantnagar ginger as it is very reasonable Ginger Pantnagar. Rooms are clean and staff is polite and attentive. The food beings server at the restaurant is very nice and tasty. Overall a very god stay at Ginger Pantnagar ginger.

Great experience at ginger rudrapur, the staff is very much helpful and professional speciall thanks to sunita and priyanka wo helped me with all the things and manage to solve all my queries and provided prompt support for any request, breakfast was excellent overall totally worth staying

Good location just nearby mall. Foods are very tasty. Clean atmosphere. Room service i also find very cool. Overall true value for money. Highly recommended as becoz management are really very good. I must appreciate

It was a nice stay. Staff was helpful. Considering the location, mostly business purpose travellers stay here. Menu is limited. Due to lack of funabd leisure amenities, won't recommend for family stay.

The stay was very good and the rooms were clean. We ordered dinner there and the quality of food was very good. It was like home cooked food and was reasonably priced.

Prime location, near to mall as well as on the highway. The rooms are arranged in a sustainable manner, with minimal use of plastic and avoiding all possible one time use items. Breakfast buffet was really good

Room hardware should be reviewed. Bathroom doors have paint peeling off and shower curtains were not clean
