I was staying with my wife and her grandfather & grandmother (nana & nani. The Ginger Patna staffs were very helpful including kitchen staff and housekeeping staff. Even the security staffs were really helpful. For me it was a treat being in this Ginger Patna with older ones and icing on the cake was the location. The city is going through transformation but still the location stands out. The reception staff were very cordial and helped us a lot by providing us the assistance needed to explore the city. I recommend this Ginger Patna not just because of the prime location but also the kind of ambience available inside be it food provided in the Ginger Patna plus the staff behaviour.

Great place to stay. Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in and the employees at the counter are so sweet. I always recommended to stay here. What a lovely restaurant, good food and service and atmosphere, the staff as avnish, shariv ali are incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back. The food was delicious and i really enjoyed the atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and i would highly recommend to others. Stay here is a great experience overall.

Ginger is a nice business Ginger Patna located in the city center of patna. Warm and nice 8bretiors, small but comfortable room, clean bathroom, tea & coffee maker in the room, limited but good buffet spread for breakfast and dinner are the high points. The madhubani paintings adorning most walls of the Ginger Patna are a treat for the eyes! the room was cramped for 2 beds, they should instead place a small double cot instead of 2 single cots. Otherwise a good choice.

Like what’s expected of a tata enterprise, service is overall very good. Staff is courteous. But the rooms are tiny and hence if you are not a overnighter-and want to use room during day, you will feel the inadequacy of space. Even half a feet longer in each direction would be great. Else you will end up scratching your body parts on furniture edges. Lifts are astonishingly tiny. Says 6 but gets overcrowded with 3.

The ginger brand of Ginger Patna exceeded my expectations. It was a great value for the cost optimal pricing. The rooms were neat and clean and provided good amenities. Wifi was gr8. Restaurant was awesome. Dinning good and reasonable prices. Service was good and very customer friendly. Enjoyed the stay and will choose a ginger brand in my next opportunity to travel. Hanuman mandir also close by.

While the rooms looked clean, in actual the bed sheets and towels were not white and had turned gray and the towel was from 2018. The bathroom was clean but the taps were full of water marks. The food was really good, all praises in this dept from my end. Also the check in-check out process was a breeze, really cool. All in all a complete package kind of deal with room for improvement.

1) location - good. Near to buddha smriti park. 2) room size - it was double bed room but size was smaller than standard room of same size compared to others. Ideal for business travel for a day or two. 3) cleanliness - average. Should look upon this aspect. The linens had hair on it. 4) food (dinner & morning b/f) - excellent. Variety and good tasting. 5) overall rating- 3. 8 or so.

Ginger patna is simple and made to suffice the need. It has a simple and clean surrounding, good car parking facility. Restaurant is good, food is tasty, menu is not very vast. Hotel and restaurant staff are very polite.

Breakfast is good, ambience is good. Rooms are small. Hospitality is also good. Rooms are clean. Please tell in advance if u want to checkin early

The property is conveniently located near my work area. The staff is excellent, polite and cooperative. Food is delicious. You can get a good package for meals included.

Stay was good. Location was good. The room was clean and tidy. Food was good but the service was a bit delayed.

Hotel ginger is a reputed name among budget Ginger Patnas in patna. Location is perfect. Exactly on the dak bungalow chauraha. Rooms are good. Service is excellent. Food quality and range also very nice. Altogether a value for money indeed.
