This is our (family) second stay at Ginger Pondicherry. The Ginger Pondicherry is centrally located to us providing easy access to different places be it beaches, restaurants, bus / railway station, airport,…. The staff are cordial and extremely helpful. Special mention: Sujata, Febrona, Akhil, Mani Security folks are very helpful and friendly too. Rooms are good. Breakfast buffet has good variety. F&B staff are very accomodative of customized requests. Overall a good place, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Pros :Ginger Pondicherry staff is very punctual and polite. Food in restaurant is worth for money and quite tasty. Hotel ginger has all facilities required for successful pondicherry and nearby areas trip. Even jp cab service is well organized. Cons : Ginger Pondicherry room interior needs to be improved. Many gadgets and accessories were provided after complaining at reception, which is expected to be provided by default. Vicinity areas around Ginger Pondicherry are littered.

Had a pleasant stay thanks to the reception staff satya febronia and from hk department mr uraj the rooms were very nice and properly cleaned special thanks to mr siva prakash, anand for their kind service at the restaurant and maintenance team nagya all provided a very warm and excellent service during my stay definitely will come back again next time kudos to the whole team, the breakfast spread was very nice

Stay was very good and staff over there uraj chhetri, febroina and sathya are very friendly and helpful. We stayed there as a couple in 2 rooms and when initially when we asked them to provide the rooms next to next, they have asked to shift to newly renovated suite rooms immediately in-order to make the customer happy. I am very much satisfied and recommend others to stay at ginger when ever you visit pondy.

We had a wonderful stay at ginger pondicherry. The Ginger Pondicherry's location is excellent, with tourist spots just 10 minutes away. We stayed there for 3 days. The amenities were good. Uraj chhetri, raj and all the staffs were exceptional with their service, and special praise for akhil and the restaurant team who ensured that we were that we were served good food with plenty of options.

It is a food Ginger Pondicherry located strategically in the pondicherry. Liked their services - right from in room dining or any request, to lunch st the restaurant and receptionist- all were very approachable and helped immediately. Their food quality is good too. It's was close to our home food. Rooms are average, felt little old and i feel need renovation

Ginger has improved considerably over last two years. Since we were already late to pondicherry for a night halt we made the booking. Service and room were good. At reception we were greeted warmly. They arranged a room which could. Accommodate a small family. Breakfast spread was fine. Location of property is good to access the beaches and white town easily

The experience was good. Staff behavior was very nice. Improvement required on cleanliness and range of food choice. Also want to mention, we booked 2 rooms with double beds and 100% advance payment, but while checking in it wasn't available. We had to manage in twin beds.
