The front desk manager on day time duty (Mr. Quayum ? - pardon spelling) was very gracious, helping during check in.

Fine/Good One/It was nice experience/Food was good, but slat was little bit more in dinner/Breakfast was good

It was nice stay at Srinagar. Food was good. Rooms were Neat Clean and Comfort. Food is also good.

Nice hotel with good rooms offering full value for money. Had a bad experience with smelly washrooms that just couldn’t be rectified inspite of the efforts put in by the staff. No hot water available in the bathrooms in cold weather of Srinagar. The kettle in the room was unwashed and had stale smelly water in it. Overall an experience you don’t expect on an IHCL property

The best part of the stay was the well coperative behaviour of the entire staff specially Quyaum at reception was an amazing person and very helpful. The location of the hotel is well balanced between Hotel, Airport, Railway station and Dal lake.
