Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the Ginger Surat, City Centre were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the Ginger Surat, City Centre is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this Ginger Surat, City Centre to the tourists

Off all the Ginger Surat, City Centres in surat, i found this one is decent and clean within the budget they offer. The breakfast spread was amazing. Hot water was available day and night. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My interaction with night manager mr ma-lay when i checked in was super fast and good. Overall the location as you can see is good. Overall i will definitely go again when i am in surat.

Location was a bit busy but v convenient, room was adequate, food at in-house restaurant was v good, in fact we are both lunch and dinner there, the check in was ok but there was a software glitch causing the room cards not working, but the staff was helpful and each time we had to use the lift or open the room, they would send someone. Overall i would stay there again

Our room (306) was cleaned daily very neatly. Bed linan and pillow covers were changed daily (front of our eyes. Staff were polite with gentle words. They obliged to buy medicine for us. Restaurant food was tastier and hygiene. Room renovation is done periodically. Seven stars to orange.

Location is poor looking to the my work place. Allotted room where intercom was not working and not repaired till our departure. Food was excellent but service is worst with the exception of one or two restaurant attendant. But one can not take care of all.

Good stay. The room was near and the Ginger Surat, City Centre service was prompt. The check in and check out process was quick. The Ginger Surat, City Centre is located in a prime location and we'll connected. The railway station is at a walkable distance.

Rooms were good and the locations is convenient. However compared to other ginger franchises, this one had the worst breakfast with cheap cutlery and plates with no proper coffee. Not work 4k a night at all.

Good stay, clean room, good breakfast, centre of city, rooms sure ok, but compact size, rest room too compact.

Check in process was smooth got my room allocated quickly but rooms were ok. Considering day stay option was a big room but i expected a much better room under ginger properties
