Very Good Stay, Clean rooms, Helpful staff. However was asked to pay security deposit - which was not part of the Giovanni House rules shared while booking. the deposit was not promptly returned post checkout.

The overall experience was good. The ambience was nice and room service staff was very amicable. The stay and outside environment was also nice with convenient reach to all required areas

It was a good stay, staff is polite and welcoming, rooms are also good, you can have a walk to shops nearly around 1km and ranikamlapati railway station is also near.

The staff was very good, the food was very delicious and the property is at very convenient location. You will feel like home with extra pampering.
