Gir Pride Resort

#. Ideally located in a mango farm and away from the road. #. Minimal settings provided to give the facility a rustic feel. #. Mr. & Mrs. Solanki make sure the stay is perfect. #. Solanki is a perfect host. Understands your taste and guides you well. The chakada ride in late evening he suggested was simply superb. You get fish or chicken if you ask for it in advance. Restaurant is good and food is a nice package. They strive for giving? Hot meals. Kids can get milk with Bournvita which will delight mom's. #. Tents are good and spacious. Need a little maintenance at places. #. Unique toilets within the tent. Clean. The mango farm is filled with cocks, hens, ducks, squirrels, rabbits and many other birds. Gives a nice feel. Responsive staff. However, it is Mr. Solanki who bring out the best in them. A little effort is needed when they are not around. Tribal dance in the night is a good enjoyment #. Prices for hired taxi are high if you don't have a car. This is a dampener even by the standards of the location in the jungle. Overall, a very relaxed and valuated stay is assured.

Hotel is approx 4 km to the main office of Gir National Park, and 500 meters from main road and almost situated in the jungle. We also heard that sometimes the lion also roaming near to the resort which was very adventurous. When I enter I saw that the resort was full of mango trees and kids play area my baby enjoyed a lot. Owner of the resort was very friendly with everyone. Buffet dinner was awesome like homemade food breakfast is also good only the variety was less. we stayed in tent room which was quite big but I don't like the tent bathroom was smelly. We should take rooms only. Otherwise, I found this resort amazing adventures and we had lots of fun. My baby had fun.

Excellent stay and valuable time spent here.. Food is awesome. They have their own farms and view is awesome. Location is not exactly on road, inside but reachable though. Chakda ride is must try, though its bit expensive and we got scared a bit as we go ahead in night, but its worth a try... Mr. Solanki and all other Staff is cooperative. We stayed in tent, so could get a jungle feel... In actual jungle safari at Gir, we spotted lion in last 20 mins... So the tour is justified. Overall enjoyed here.

Saavaj located in Sasan Talala Road, amidst lush green with beautiful mango yard. The owner Mr. Vijay certainly having taste and love for nature. It's a 2 star plus budget property. Almost 71 kms from Somnath by road. This place is closer to Gir safari, Rooms are neat and clean with complimentary breakfast, Food is very good. Very very helping staff and management, special thanks to them. The chef is excellent, delivers mouth watering delicacies for clients. In May- June with full of mango tree

Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere of the resort. Location makes us feel like we are in the cradle of nature. The mango orchard is beautiful. The simple and rustic look of resort is one of the biggest attractions. The food preparations are tasty and healthy. They serve variety of home made mango chutneys, pickles and jams and mangoes too. Mr. Solanki's personal attention towards us made the stay even more pleasant. The staff is courteous and friendly. Farm animals are beautiful to look at.

3 Km from sinh sadan(Gir forest office at sasan)0. 5 km inside the main road, owner Mr. Solanki (man with zeal) and his friend Mr Azhar nice member of the resort family and Zonal ben (Manager cum cook, she is dynamic though polite), Chhakda rider cum local guide mr Atul and lastly mr. Hasan who drive us to Somnath 45 Km from the sasan, all these my sasan gir trip mesmerizing (and also route no. 6 Gir forest reserve with Gipsy saffari driver Mr. Sajid and guide Mr. Shahrukh)

Location is great, 5 min drive from Gir national park gate. We booked room first, but with some charges we upgraded to tent. Building rooms are very small, but tents are spacious and you will get different experience. For kids they have many outdoor activities. Local gujrati dinner was good. We did not get local tribal dance, as there were very less families in the resort. Few maintenance issues; like in afternoon there were no electricity and WiFi.

We experienced a very nice stay. The Gir Pride Resort management has provided vehicle for going to safari in GIR with low cost. The customer service is very good. The only disappointing is the Gir Pride Resort has charged Rs. 500/- from us for early check in by 3 hours and did not taken into account of our early check out by 3 hours even we requested to consider it. The location of Gir Pride Resort is very fine and cleanliness is very good.

The resort had a natural feel of staying in a jungle. One looking for a natural habitat in a place like this can book it without much thought. The hospitality of owner was very good. The night walk and tribal dance was an adventurous experience. The service provided by staff members was very professional. And the best part was food, which was above expectation.

Great location, Silent place, full of nature, behaviour of owner and staff very good. Food quality and taste is like home made food. Must visit and value for money.

Location of resort was great with humble staff. This was my 2nd time stay at same resort because of the atmosphere, which is fresh and full of nature. The resort is truly value for money.

Location of the Gir Pride Resort is 500 meters inside the jungle, off the road. So if one doesn't have a car it might be difficult to move around. The best part about the Gir Pride Resort is it's food. One of the best in Gir. Staff and owners are very humble and helpful. Rooms are not very great for the price being charged and need maintenance. But one can definitely feel at home with the kind of hospitality offered.

Hospitality was awesome, the resort gives you the feel of the peaceful and calm era. The food is delicious, if you wanna enjoy the time with nature, it's the best place with the modern facilities. There may be minor issues but that is always due to remote location of Sasan Gir. I would really love to visit it again.

This place is near to Gir safari main gate and around 12kms from Devalia. Owner and staff are very cooperative and make one feel at home. Ambience and food are the surprise package here. Thankyou MMT and all related persons.

We really had pleasant experience and comfortable stay at the Gir Pride Resort. Service was excellent. Food was awesome. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is something that all will praise.

Worth staying .. Sometimes Lions also come over to this place as is it is very close to The jungle (As shared by one of the attendants there. Overall a very nice place to stay with family or even friends ..
