GKM Grand

Property is located in prime location providing all arrangement of transport like scooty on rent , cab facility with complementary Airport drop/pick up Food is also fine , it's just do have modern looking rooms but they are budget friendly with all services

I had one of the most disappointing hotel stays of my life at GKM Grand, Port Blair, booked through MakeMyTrip. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel flatly denied us the room we had reserved and instead forced us into a room that was filthy, suffocating, and stinking. The sheets and washroom were unhygienic, clearly showing zero regard for cleanliness or guest comfort. When we politely requested to be shifted to the proper room type we had paid for, the staff were outright rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. To make things worse, they tried to take advantage of our situation by extracting extra money at every opportunity, showing absolutely no transparency or professionalism. This property is being run more like a scam than a hotel. The attitude of the front desk is arrogant, and they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. A few key points about my experience: Denied the room category I booked and paid for. Forced into a downgraded, dirty, stinking room. Multiple requests for help were ignored. Staff tried to overcharge and exploit us. Zero sense of hospitality, ethics, or basic decency. Verdict: I strongly urge fellow travelers to avoid GKM Grand, Port Blair at all costs. It will ruin your vacation, waste your hard-earned money, and leave you frustrated. Shame on both the hotel and MakeMyTrip for allowing such a property on the platform.

it's a neat & clean property with good rooms , we liked it .price is also economical as per family requirements

Hotel is near to airport, breakfast items are less, they charged 100 Rs for kids milk even though breakfast was opted. Restaurant taste is fine. They are not giving food bills, asking us to pay additional 5% on food. Overall stay was bad experience. Not recommended for family

It was awesome. I am very glad to inform the travelers the hotel staff are very helpful, they are always ready to help you. Hotel rooms are so clean and hygienic. Rooms are beautifully decorated and more specious. I suggest you to stay there at least one time.

location - 7/10, next to main road so you'll get auto easily food - 7/10, good food, good breakfast amenities - 7/10, have airport drop, they lack balcony so difficult to dry clothes services - 8/10 , good and polite stuffs

Location - (7/10) Near to joggers park, close to heart of the city Food - 6/10 Amenities - (7/10) Airport drop was included in MMT booking Services - (8/10) Well behaved staff, room service The only disadvantage of the property is they don't have balconies, for which drying out clothes is really difficult!!

I was on a family trip. The stay in this hotel was fantastic. Service was very good. The staff were very polite and cooperative. Cleanliness was top notch. They changed the bedsheets when requested for room cleaning unlike other hotels where bedsheets are not changed, just rearranged. The restaurant was also there and the food was great. Very well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is nice hotel and amenities. It is located in main port blair. Service persons are great. You can go for many hotels nearby. Even next to hotel left side there is a tamil naadu hotel also available. Overall worth for the money and great comfortable

Centrally located spacious rooms. You may reach all tourist attactions within 2 - 4km from here. Food was average. Well behaved staff. Gm k is around 10 minutes from airport. Easy to reach. Hotel staff is kind and courteous. Food taste and hygiene also good. On the downside, ac remote was not working

G km grand is wonderful property in budget near portblair airport. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant of the hotel is good one. The manager & owner lady of hotel are very helpful and nice to guests. It was a overall wonderful experience. Would like to stay again.
