inspite of a pre-booking, the day was raining heavily, they didnt give us room. they r not good people

we booked it for 2 days and there was some problem with room on first day. the hotel manager arranged another room for us and that was also good.

Didn't checked in seeing terrible room, money forfeited

I had 3 days booking, but I had not checked in after seeing the room condition, I booked another hotel, and didn't got any support from MMT upon approach, The hotel didn't match with the description as per MMT, Cost of 3 day booking lost, neither a penny refunded, total waste of money. MMT should see this seriously.
