Glades Hotel

The staff is very helpful, diligent and easy to talk to. Location is easy to get to, however the window views are plain. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Safety and sanitation are really well managed. There were some missing amenities that would be appreciated, such as providing a pair or two of slippers along with a mat for the bathroom door. It was very difficult not to wet the floor after leaving the bathroom.

Unexpectedly turned out to be a wonderful stay at glades, mohali. The staff was so polite and helpful. They help you in the slightest of the things asked for. The entire team of glades from the security guard, the receptionist, the restaurant management staff and almost everhthing. I havent seen such politeness and warmth. Mohali stay was uneventful cuz of them.

We were not satisfied with the quality of dinner being offered. While booking dinner we were not told about the combo meals. When we reached there they gave us only one combo for 3 members and that didn't include even the soup and roasted papad. This was a very disappointing factor and we were not satisfied with the services offered at dinner.

If you are business travellers this is right place to stay, well under budget but with all the amenities in place. Well maintained rooms, clean property. And the most important the employees here are well trained andante provide best service. The gm himself ensure to be on floor and take feedback from guest which is why the team are print.

Glades is nearby to all facilities. We have visited chandigarh for khelo india national games. Very convenient. Food is good. Front desk staff are very helpful. Room is clean and neat. But they only provide two water bottles. If you need extra bottle you need to pay and the price is high but they provide ro water for free

The check in process was quick n easy, the staff was polite couteous n helpful. They gave us an upgrade for the 2 rooms booked. The rooms were clean spacious n well kept. The dinner at the roof top retaurant was delectable n tasty n breakfast waa scrumptious. Overall, we had a great experience.

Nice and clean Glades Hotel. Breakfast spread and taste is pretty good. Rooms are quite small. Pictures shown are of premium room but allotted superior room. Hotel staff was nice and cooperative. Room service food menu is really expensive though the food is tasty and service is quick.

I stayed for a night. Nice small room for a couple. Ordered dinner in the room. Got it in 20 mins. Everything was working fine in the room. Surly will come again.

Food is not upto the mark. The food is on the spicy side and buffet needs to be upgraded

Hotel location is excellent. The parking space is congested. The food is delicious. Food varieties are in combo limited. Over all, it's good.
