Global Hotel & Restuarant

We are an aged couple from kolkata and travel-led to gulmarg as part of our kashmir trip. Due to huge rush, all the popular places were sold out. We booked at the last minute despite some average reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The Global Hotel & Restuarant helped in getting us a cab from srinagar airport to gulmarg. Their warm reception, care in every-single thing is really charming. They always take care of guests. I am really very happy with their amazing behavior. Room & the bath is good. Reception, lounge & dining side is quite comfortable. So far food concerned are also good. When they were not operating the kitchen, they helped us get food delivered from outside and provided us with crockery and cutlery. The view from the Global Hotel & Restuarant & the room is excellent. The total khilanmarg is visible from the room. The beautiful sunset is clearly visible from the room. Considering all the factors, i wish to give them 4 star rating. I wish them all the best for their future business.

Been coming here for the past couple of ski seasons. It takes me back to my experiences in various ski lodges across europe. First summer visit here, it’s different but still has its own charm. Ski enthusiasts should definitely stay here. I don’t recommend this for people looking for a regular luxurious accommodation. Centrally located. Best for adventurous folks looking for an affordable, clean & comfortable stay, most friendly staff who will help out with everything.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
