Global Village Luxury Resorts

After a long search for a kid's friendly resort i found this. Family of 3 visited this resort on 7 th dc stayed there for 2 nights. As we checked in on a weekday there wasn't much of crowd. The water activity area was all ours. Kid enjoyed to the fullest especially the water slides. The water dump is only on from 11-12 and 4-5pm. However the pool area is free to use till 8pm i guess. Then we had a private camp fire and a dinner set up near to it. Food was tasty as well. The activity room had tt, carrom, chess, ball pit, billiards, basket ball game, bike and car video games. Din o hunt shooting game and vr horse riding was under maintenance. The rooms were neat and clean and so was the resort. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Can't recollect all the names but whomever we interacted with be it house keeping, restaurant, reception, manager everyone was very polite. Kudos to the whole team for making our trip a memorable one. My kid started asking when we'll go there again. Definitely would recommend for facilities with kids and esp if they love water slides.

This resort is located in a decent place at the foot of the hills. The rooms are excellent even though it's a small place. The staff are mostly polite and courteous. The food is awesome and among the best. They arranged for campfire as well. However, the quality of service is not upto the mark. They don't replace the toiletries or linen every day after cleaning the room. We had to ask for that to be done. There was no breakfast buffet on the second day of our stay citing less number of rooms occupied. There is no lift or ramp to go to the first floor. We visited with an infant and had to carry the pram upstairs every time. The walkways are also not friendly for prams or wheelchairs coz of how they're designed. Overall a decent stay but for a few nagging issues which are easily avoidable.

Excellent holiday! the rooms were as described, newt, clean with all modern amenities. The room was very spacious, arabic 4 poster was very elegant and jacuzzi was very relaxing. The restaurant food was excellent and had good service. Room service was a bit slow and can be improved. Staff was extremely friendly and always keen to help. Table tennis table was good but the net needs replacing. Pool table was good too. Nice area to walk around. Pool and small water play area is good. Overall a great place to spend time with family and friends.

Overall property is good. We took room with jacuzzi where we enjoyed jacuzzi bath. Room is spacious and staff are good. Veg food is good but it can be better compare to luxury resort. Games room is not well maintained and few games are not running. Swimming pool has lot of flies and mosquitoes due to its location. Breakfast is nice. Boon fire area is very small. It would be nice, if we can have open bon-fire area and resort arrange some fun activity

Awesome hospitality! I am blown away by the hospitality of the staff. Too good. Starting from warm welcome to beautiful rooms. Amazing food and a gaming room. I think they can add more to their amenities and improve the children park. That was the only negative for me. Rest, we had a wonderful stay and thanks to the travel guidance given to us by the staff at the reception we were able to plan our day better. I definitely recommend it😃.

Property is located just on the outskirts of chickmagalur on the highway and easily reachable. Relatively new property. Well maintained and spacious clean rooms. Jacuzzi was good. Staff were very good, well mannered, helpful. Food was ok but could be better. Some of the amenities are still being developed. Spa and gym are not available. May be they will provide it later after occupancy improves. Overall good experience.

Beautiful resort at the foothills, the room and jaccuzi was the highlight, they have a theme park which is not operational, which is a let down, another let down was the breakfast, very limited options and no live counter, the guy at the breakfast service just kept saying no for everything we asked, at 9. 30 they were not willing to give bread and jam, otherwise they have a nice play area for the kids, bonfire etc

The rooms are excellent, spacious, good interiors and digital accessories. The minibar is complimentary. Warm service staff at reception and room service. Restaurant service and quality is truly disappointing. No trained staff to handle customers. We had to wait for long even to place order. Buffet spread was not planned well for quantity. Some items were not refilled.

The rooms are very precious, so as the bathroom. It’s a new built property or may be recently renovated, hence the interior looked a bit non harmonious. The service was great, so as the food at the restaurant. They have a game room, fun for kids with all vr setups.

Good resort for family to spend 2-3 day,

Front desk staffs are excellent , food and restaurant need lot of improvement ,,,during new year party they have arranged party with 2k per each person even for who staying there ..but it was not worthy...

Excellent rooms, lavish bathrooms, delicious food. Being on the main roadside the location is very good and near to the beautiful park.

The property is really nice, the room was amazing. Special call out for the jacuzzi. However, there were frequent power cuts, and ac went off during power cuts, which was a downer.

Beautiful place at reasonable price.

Wanted to book the best resort and best room for my anniversary and i wasn't disappointed. We had the best experience and the staffs were very friendly. Food was costly and could have been better but apart from that everything was world class.

Great facility with spacious and comfy rooms. Only drawback is the food and service in the restaurant. Rest is a great spot. Will surely visit again in future!

Stay was very comfortable and service was extremely quick. Very clean place.
