Excellent staying 😃 and good staffs and food was ok

the property was very clear and hygienic . the service was really excellent . very nice food. the property is located very near to the beach .

We were very impressed with the way they took care of the situation when the breakfast was over as the other north Indian family had emptied the neer dosa without even thinking of other guests. They immediately made fresh neer dosa and served us. I like this attitude!!

The USP about this property is that it is situated right at the beach. You can walk 200 meters from the entrance gate and take a dip in the beach. It is literally that close. Perfect for family and friends. The rooms were well maintained. They have spacious rooms. It has got AC, WIFI and geyser facilities. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms can be improved. It is a relatively new place (4-year-old) but the resort on the whole is maintained well. The room we were allotted did not have a functional AC. When reported, the guy in charge (Mithun-Mithoon) took necessary action and upgraded our room to a suite room. We stayed here for 3 days and 2571 INR, 2571 INR and 3600 INR respectively. The last day’s price was hiked as it was the day before Deepavali. There is a common area to take a fresh water shower and wash off all the sand from your body before you enter the room. They have ample parking area (closed). When we visited, there was an inhouse cook and he prepared decent food. We only ate our breakfast here which was complementary but was tasty and hygienic. It is about 8 KMS away from the main town but the road is good. It is by the highway and the 2 kms approach road is made of concrete. We were lucky to spot a peacock nearby. All in all it is a good place to stay and if you are someone who loves to stay by a calm noncommercial beach, this is definitely a good option.

The stay was good, rooms were clean and the staff were really supportive or responsive. There is direct access to the beach from the stay and it would look like it is a private beach. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant in the resort - Glucklich Beach Cottages. However, they have provided an alternative for the same. They gave us a contact for a nearby restaurant (Sahana). The food was really good!!

Location is very nice. It's on the beach. Rooms could be better. Good access to the highway. Food and catering should improve on the value for money.

It's too gud to stay for family

The property is located on a secluded beach, and it takes only 15 mins to reach there from kundapura railway station. It’s a neat, clean and well-maintained place. The staff members are very friendly and make sure that the stay is very pleasant. They are always ready to help you and give you the best service. Every room has its own dedicated router with excellent wifi speed. The common area also has a different router and you can access it when you are outside the room. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Food is also very good here. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we had a pleasant stay. At the end, i would like to thanks prakash and rakshith for their humble hospitality. Looking forward to stay there again in future.

It's a beautiful property right on the beach. Serene, calm place away from city hustle. The service is very good, food is simple yet very very tasty. Property is very well maintained, clean, spacious rooms, tv, ac all working fine. Staff is courteous and helpful. All n all a very good place if you want to spend a couple of days alongside calm, serena beach. The beach itself is white sand and long long long. Lovely seaside walks, amazing sunset. Loved being here. Absolutely mesmerizing place.

Thoroughly enjoyed this stay in well amenitised beach house, literally right on the beach. Very friendly staff, simple yet healthy breakfast and a la carte meals with delicious yummy options liked the seafood the most - shallow fried fish and crab besides variety of vegetarian dishes including out of the ordinary dal fry. All the staff members and managers ritesh and ashok were always ready to help and make our experience better. The beach right in front is very clean, hospitable and without any crowd. So will highly recommend to all.

I was very pleased with the stay. Inf-act for once i have observed the property actually looks better than what it looks in photos. Less crowded and clean beach easily accessible from the property. Good quality food served the only consider factor is, they serve only 1 bottle of water per room as comolimentary irrespective of the number of occupants.
