GM Residency

Very small room with very small toilet but it was ok for the price range, receptionist told me to check out on time but i overslept and check out an hour late, he was like blah blah blah, i won't give rooms blah blah blah, but he's a very nice person. He's kind of strict but trust me, he's a very nice person. You may try this place if you're a budget traveller.

This is good GM Residency to stay with friends and family, good location, nice rooms, but dont go without mosquito coils.

The GM Residency is at good location. Easy connectivity to the travel in the City. Situtated on main so no problem in getting auto taxi etc. Adjacent restaurant gives vegetarian food so no worries for eating. Best for business travel.

I stayed in room, everything I found good the reception people were very cooperative they allowed checking in at2 AM. But only issue is washroom flush was not working and nobody came to clean the room. Thanks.

Hotel is situated in a good location that all places are accessible from it. It is so cheap and convenient.
Rooms are clean and tidy. Temperatures are checked during check in and well sanitized.

5. Whole experience was good i have paid more money for GM Residencys with lesser infrastructure than this, if you are looking for a good GM Residency within budget this is the place

Overall stay stay as good. But lacks proper natural ventilation.
No proper ventilation for natural sunlight to fall in the room. Other than that everything was fine.

As i travel as solo travelers i didn't felt unsafe owner is really helpful he has given me extra time for check out as i checked in late it was good staying overall

1st I booked this GM Residency for 1 day after seeing their service I booked again for 3 days.

Easy to access the location. Only 3. 2km from koyambedu bus station

The stay is really awesome i chose duluex room ac the room and bathroom are neat and clean suit for family.
