Nice Experience ,, Initially difficult to find the location. Economy wise it Opt Choice. The staff was friendly and great to work with on questions and recommendations on where to dine. Would have liked a bar at the GMT GRAND PARK but they did give a free drink coupon at a local bar. Good location, friendly staff. But Not Suitable place to go with kids. Thanks

The property is close to koyambedu bus stand so very easily accessible. The property is relatively clean and well maintained as the staff is cooperative. But since it's in such a place the rooms are very small. Overall it is a good budget stay if you don't want lavish luxury.

The GMT GRAND PARK was kind of average. The rooms had good working ac. The location was perfect.
Water facility was too bad, also the color of the water was too brown. Couldn't even take Bath. So kindly do some improvement in that.

1. Location issue : Hotel is situated below. 5 km. From koyembedu bus stand. But auto driver asked Rs. 120 or Rs. 100 to reach GMT GRAND PARK because of one way. So auto goes 1. 2. They gave water in jug with leak.
