Good place, fairly priced, also has decent law and pool area to hang around.

The hotel and food was good but the cleanliness was not good it was ok ok the bed sheets were not good

The place was awesome in terms of service, location and food. Amenities like the pool and breakfast made the stay even better. Accessibility to Bagha beach, Anjuna, vagator beach places the location at a prime spot. Loved the overall stay. It made the journey all the way memorable.

I’ll not recommend for couple . Badly smell of smoking everywhere ! Room service is not too good they’ve double bed but don’t have double bed blanket breakfast was very average. Overall I’ll say you can choose far better property over this at same price

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER – STAY AWAY FROM GOA COURTYARD BY PORTO, ARPORA I stayed here from 14th to 18th July, and I wish I had never booked this place through MakeMyTrip. This so-called “hotel” is a complete disaster. We were promised rooms with balconies — another blatant lie. Not a single room had one. The AC didn’t work at all on the first night, so after multiple complaints, they shifted us to another room on 15th where the AC finally worked — for ONE NIGHT ONLY. From 16th to 18th, we were forced to stay in humid, suffocating rooms with no AC in the middle of Goa’s monsoon. It was like sleeping in a sweatbox. To make things worse, the mosquito repellent machine had no liquid, just an empty shell. And yes — there were plenty of mosquitoes to make our nights even more miserable. The staff was beyond useless. Zero hospitality, zero basic manners. We had to beg for literally everything: No tea cups No tea or sugar No glasses No drinking water No soap or shampoo No towels until we asked Even the fans barely worked, and the washrooms were filthy — unclean, smelly, and clearly not sanitized between guests. The entire hotel feels unmaintained, unhygienic, and completely unprofessional. It’s shocking that a platform like MakeMyTrip lists such a pathetic property. This hotel RUINED our Goa vacation, and I wouldn't recommend it even if it were free. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE — EVER.

staff ask you to check out before 11 am so irritating people, people needs some sleep you guys start calling by 9 am, start banging on door after a call, multiple times disturbance

Had a very good and smooth experience at this Hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite. Location of this hotel is also Apt. Highly recommended.

They are money Minded. Extremely bad services. Even if you call at reception 3 times still they'll not come. Staff is not respectful or professional at all and behaves like they don't care. we stayed there for 3-4 days and not even a single time housekeeping was done, Lift was not working and it's far away from main city so you'll get vehicle issues. And there is taxi rental just near the hotel (with hotel's tie up) so they don't let other taxi people to pick you up from goa miles. which are at nominal rates. Hot water is not available, water is not available at nights, MISBEHAVING STAFF AND OWNER. Instead they'll directly or indirectly make u take their taxis only and charge double. (500rs for only 3km). They won't let you order food from outside while their own food costs too much. Basically they leave no option for customers while having a very casual and unprofessional approach, you won't be treated with respect. We checked -in in the afternoon and the reception guy, he was very unprofessional and disrespectful, had an extremely casual approach.They only care about money and nothing else. This is literally our personal experience!!! It's best to avoid this hotel
