No Room service no cleaning no any other help support hotel management totally pirates The room was a dump, with stained carpets and broken furniture. The bed creaked with every move, and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was filthy, with mold growing on the walls. The shower didn't work, and the toilet was backed up. The staff was rude and unhelpful, ignoring my complaints. I found a cockroach crawling on my bed in the middle of the night. Avoid this hotel at all costs – कोई भी नहीं जाना लुटेरे है एक्स्ट्रा charges pay krwata hai .I payed for broken bed That’s life threatening area no any help support रूम owner जाहिल hai पैसे के liye Kise bhi had tak Gir sakta hai or Kuch bhi kr sakta hai So i suggested you please don’t go for at any cost

Beds are weak and have a smoky smell in most of the rooms. Hot water is not coming in the Morning. initially tv also not working then later on few ppls came and then they have started after 30 mins.

i liked the comfort in that price so loved it 🙂

Only 1 towel is given for 2 guests. Soap also provided on demand only. Hot water not properly supplied. No drinking water provided.

The room was very small and they charged high for the mattress and gave the room at a cheap price, the owner was so rude there was not a single facility in the room, like a hanger, chair, table, and tv was not working for 3 days we had bad experience very small room not enough for 4 people.

Host was rude and he denied our check-in and he accomidated us another property which was in horrible and unhygienic condition so request makemytrip to take action against him because he sold our booking to some other guest by taking higher amount which was twice the double, even i am going to file complaint against property because even after our booking he denied our check-in, today me already submitted complaint on consumer form. I had wrist experience with hotel holiday goa and care taker satish i will file complain against him. Zero rating for makemytrip for having link with this type of unhygienic hotels
