I had a terrible experience at portuguese villa. We called them and told them that we'll check in at night at 10, even before reaching we called them to inform that we are about to reach. After reaching we had to wait for good half an hour for the caretaker to come to open the room as security guard didn't have the keys. Room was okish. They also said they had some confusion about our booking after reaching the stay. We were hell tired, didn't have energy to even argue. We just some how managed for the night and checked out in the morning. Luckily we booked it only for one night.

familyIt’s a good place to stay. Little far from the beach as it’s mentioned everywhere but if you can walk for 10-12 mins and will reach anjuna beach.

If you're looking for a budget stay near the beach and good cafes restaurant and for other stuffs so keep this place handy. The only demerit of this place is that we faced issues of various insects and bed bugs. Rest everything was cute and cozy.

The villa is too good, and located at prime location. The caretaker nabid was of great help. The amenities provided were too good. The room itself feels like a studio. Will definetly comeback.

Check in issues faced. Waited for more than 1 hour. And when we were checking out. The caretaker was immediate to show us the door. Issues in bathroom.
