I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the warm welcome and friendly staff to the impeccably clean and beautifully decorated rooms, everything was perfect. The bed was cozy, and the modern amenities made my stay very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations. The Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa's ideal location made exploring the city effortless, with helpful recommendations from the concierge. What truly sets this Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa apart is its exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I had a marriage at bell kalyanamantapa, and my check through mm t gave me the option of gokukam grand as a good place nearby for stay. The property is good and the rooms are good. I got the rooms at a decent price. One thing that was glaring was the service quality. I presume they were understaffed. I had to make follow up calls for any requirement or in room ordered food. The room cleaning service did not replenish the tea coffee etc. Nor water. Could be a one of case. The breakfast spread was good for a south indian like me. Again less staff to clear / clean tables etc. So we have to find out trem get it done for getting a seating. Poll was under maintenance. But overall a pleasant stay

The room was great. The Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa is great. Food was average, but not bad. However, there was an instance where we ordered food and the security guard refused to bring the food upstairs. It would've been better if the security guard could have just given it to someone from the Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa who could've brought it upstairs. Other than all of this, the Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa was top notch. Excellent experience.

My stay at gokulam grand was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are reasonably large, with all amenities. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast is excellent with w wide range of south indian, north indian, continental options. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful. Parking for self driven vehicles is available. One suggestion would be to improve the toilet and restroom facilities for the drivers.

Excellent facilities, nice staff, sports bar, restaurant, very clean Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa. If your plan is to just enjoy your stay and be in the Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa. This is a great choice. If you are the type to walk around the Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa then nothing interesting is around. Had a pleasant trip as i had some social meetings nearby and this Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa fulfilled my needs. Well done. Keep it up.

The stay was pleasant however the front desk service and response needs to be improved. I understand sometimes it's difficult to handle all by one person but the service needs to be improved there. In call service has to be quick, as they take more time to get back on the majority of the issues. The food was good and the location is all in the perfect place to get cabs. Rooms were cleaned along with good staff behaviours.

Location suits me well. Buffet was amazing, f&b staff were very good (esp. Syed, manjunath. Room size is amazing. While a tad old, the rooms are still plush. Loved the infinity pool too, clean and well managed (although the pool restrooms definitely need renovation) suggestion - bring in the soft memory foam pillows or a pillow menu and add a recreation area (tt, foosball) for residents.

Reservation, check in and check out were all excellent with attentive staff too. Hotel needs maintenance but the stay was comfortable.

I was stayed in deluxe room with city view. Property was good, need minor improvements in bathroom doors where water leakage observed. Food was amazing and service was good and quick.

Quality stay and is convenient as it is the center of the bangalore city and honeymoon decorations was also good

A true 5 star facility at such price, almost half the other 5 stars in the city. Amazing food and comfortable stay. Good choice for business trips. Also, a good venue for conference, as they have huge halls, board rooms and exhibition area.

Rooms are good morning room service is almost nil

Please fix ac ducts. Weird smell used to come after you switch it off and on again. Also lot of dust. Good and fast room service, breakfast buffet was good.
