Spent a day with family on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. The whole property and its staff totally exceeded our expectations. Super clean and unique poolside villas called meandering pool rooms. The staff were more than accommodating with special requests for a beautiful anniversary setup in the room along with arranging a cake for the occasion. Special shout out to rejimon front-office manager, suraj f n b director and joseph executive housekeeper for arranging everything for our special day. The whole team and staff kept making us feel special throughout the stay. Sin-to from f n b at the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating during our stay and dinning at the restaurant. The rooms were on another level with the direct access to the meandering pool right outside the balcony door. Add to that boating, fishing cycling, game rooms, kayaking and an expansive green property to keep the little ones entertained and it was a complete stay to be recommended to anyone

The theme based rooms that overlooks the lake and the lagoon is enough to get you excited the moment you enter the property. The rooms are very spacious and artfully done with a lot of attention to detail. You’ll feel like you’ve been transported instantly to bali or some exotic location. Kayaking and pedal boating are sure to keep you and your family busy through the day. The complimentary sunset cruise in the evening is a cherry on top. Food was tasty and of high quality. Deepak in the restaurant and gayathry & cukku at the reception make you feel welcomed and take care of every single detail to make your stay as warm and pleasant as possible. One suggestion to the management is that they could probably have railings around the lagoon and near the lake to avoid any mishappenings especially when families with kids visit.

The resort is well maintained and is a luxurious one. The location of the resort is nice which comprises of backwaters and lake views. There are several water sports like pedal boating, kayaking, bamboo boating with rope, fishing, gym, cycling, etc. The spa over here is a bit expensive but there are various options starting from 4k to 10k. You can select multiple as a combined package which will enhance the overall experience. You can also get cab service from the Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom reception. The food is awesome when it comes to the breakfast buffet and the in room delivery is also good with good quantity and taste. Last but not the least, people over here are very helpful and they will do everything they can to make your stay experience great.

It was a great experience for us. The staffs are very helpful. There are a lot of activities at the resort. At least two night stay is required for exploring the resort completely. There is one pool for adults and one pool for kids. There is a man made lagoon available at the resort in which pedal boat and kayaking activities are being done. There are lot of activites like cycling indoor games etc available at the resort. Even the climate is very humid during the day time, during afternoon there is always heavy wind flow from vembanad lake. A great stay for kids as there are lot of activities for them.

Excellent property and service. Rooms and washrooms are well maintained. Ambience of the restaurant is great too. Food is delicious. The place has lush green grass, man made canals and shares its borders with the scenic vembanad fresh water lake. It has ample parking space and a buggy to help senior citizens in every few metres. Lots of entertainment activities and cultural programmes which are included in your stay. A nice swimming pool adds to the charm of the place. Staff is extremely humble and generous. All in all an unforgettable great experience!

The Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom staff are extremely welcoming and courteous. The property is adjacent to backwaters of kumarakam allowing an unparalleled view and serene atmosphere. The property is well landscaped with soothing exteriors and warm interiors. Food is good with a lot of variety. Other activities in the Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom also elevates our joy. There is kayaking and peddle boat. One thing i noticed is property is extremely well maintained. Really clean. This gives a great impression. Overall an excellent stay.

This was an amazing experience. Nice and elegant property. Cozy rooms. Polite and supporting staffs. Tasty food. Lots of activities (though we missed many of them as we checked in very late. Overall, it's an awesome experience and we will definitely come back.

Stay, facility and hospitality top class. But there’s room for improvement in food. Buffet spread was bleak. And taste was j us average. All the rest except food are exceptional compared to many neighbouring properties. The hospitality of the staffs are remarkable!

Stay was awesome. The boating was a memorable experience. There was variety of foods. Rooms were clean. And there were many beautiful sceneries inside the resort itself. The sunset view from the resort was fantastic.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

After a lot of research, we booked gokulam grand and did not regret one bit! the accommodation was great, food was delicious, staff was super courteous and helpful. All in all a brilliant experience - definitely recommended.
