The stay was very fine. The bed was properly done and the linen was clean. The toiletries were properly sanitized and the kettle, coffee/tea pouches were kept ready for use. Reception people were friendly and helpful.

location convenient, cleanliness good but found coachroach on 2nd day of stay, had to keep asking for bath towels as they provide only 1 towel , in room service good

Room no 103 :::1. Door lock was not working properly.. every time need to go to reception for opening the door ( room no 103).. 2. Broken telephone cable and telephone is not at all working properly 3. During check-in , room boy was waiting for tip ( even though he dint do nothing ).. 4. Toilet pipes are not at all clean 5. Bath room shower mixer was not functioning properly .. room stay was pathetic . ( Food and staff was excellent though - 5 star rating ).

"My recent stay was simply fantastic, and a large part of that was due to the exceptional room. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by how immaculately clean and well-appointed it was. The bed was incredibly comfortable—a true highlight after a long day of travel. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh-cut flowers and the complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries and great water pressure in the shower. I also had a stunning view of the city skyline, which made for a memorable experience. The room was also incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, this was a top-notch room that exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly enjoyable."

Stayed at Gokulam Park during a recent business trip. The rooms are compact but well-maintained—perfectly suited for a business traveller. The hotel is conveniently located very close to metro station, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The in-house restaurant and bar serve tasty and well-prepared dishes, which is a definite plus. However, the lift was not functioning properly at times and could use some attention. Overall, it was a good stay, and I’m likely to return next month as part of my frequent business travels to Chennai.

Absolutely terrible experience to say the least ...starting from the room key itself is non-functional one and multiple complaints fall on deaf ears .....placement of a door stopper serves as a perfectly installed accident booster ....

Worst.....no, horrible experience.

I've booked a 3 adult stay room. While I was going for check in, the receptionist had no time to respond (could have been busy). Then they said there is a 2 sharing room available, if you like that, take that(is that the way to treat a customer?) Obviously I didn't like that room, even they forgot to clean the room. After some 15 to 20 minutes of waiting..... they showed us another room with 2 small separate beds and told, this is the 3 sharing room....(I was like in which world is this 3 sharing) Then they told they can provide me an extra bed in the floor.... but they didn't provide me.... that's another thing. Then we 3 adjusted on 2 beds. I've stayed at GOKULAM PARK before.... that was like heaven....and this time is my worst experience. Luckily I booked online . if I could have gone in person, they might have charged around 6k. Please reconsider your opinion before choosing here.
