Gokulam Park

Gokulam Park initially didn’t plan for our stay, we booked 5 rooms together, but none of the rooms offered were near to each other. 3 rooms on one floor, another 2 on another floor. Even the front desk executive was so lethargic and didn’t answer properly. And most irritating part was they could not provide the room keys properly, and the given key was not properly functioning. But kudos to the people who work there, they really helped us and guided us. They were so kind and made us very comfortable. All items requested were provided very soon without any delay. The food was really good taste as always. Overall, the stay was satisfying.

We booked rooms for marriage function. Reception service was good. Room was neat. Proper toiletries were provided. Valet parking drivers were helpful even though there was no separate closed parking due to location. Food was good and so was the restaurant service. Buffet breakfast at roof top was OKAY. Medium spread only. Showers were little rusted. Needs to be cleaned or replaced. They missed providing complimentary water bottles and towels at first. But later it was provided after contacting the reception. These tiny things need to be improved. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Stayed in this Gokulam Park for one night, the Gokulam Park is located in Ashok n agar in the City, compact rooms but very clean and neat, room service was good, complementary breakfast was good in the top floor with a view of the metro trains, has a small restaurant too where they serve both veg and non-vegetarian good, taste is OK, only issue is not much of space for car parking. It is quite close to forum Vijaya mall, lots of eateries nearby too. Overall stay was good.

Make my trip is a fabulous app but the down side is every Gokulam Park i stayed were complaining for using the app for booking instead of direct booking i don’t know why they are uncomfortable if a client booking their Gokulam Park via make my trip app. Hotel experience - average but make my trip made my over all experience way better over all make my trip experience- 4. 5

Location was good, with neat rooms and good location. The breakfast was also good with many variants suitable for south Indians. Nice place to stay.
The location of the Gokulam Park is good. Very close to the metro station. Food varieties served in the breakfast was good. Though the rooms were small, it was neat and clean.

I stayed in the Gokulam Park together with my family, for 10 hours. Rooms are small but clean and tidy, with lots of Amenities, room service was very quick with very tasty food. All the staff are friendly and amazing specially front desk staff. I feel if they provide with iron and iron board in the rooms would be wonderful.

Location very good food- satisfactory amenities- satisfactory the room allotted to us on early arrival lacked basic facility -heater in the bath room. They brought hot water in buckets. Then they changed the room in the afternoon. Early check-in - they facilitated, of course charged rs 1000 extra

Decent and clean Gokulam Park. However their room service in the morning was poor and short of quality expected.

Too many advertised stuff like bar, menu etc, were placed in utility spaces.

Location is great with the metro Station just in the front of Gokulam Park. Food served was good with traditional varieties. No complaints on service

Staff are very friendly. But need to be more professional. Rooms are good & cozy. Have been staying in this Gokulam Park for last 5 year & will love to stay again.

Hotel location is pretty close to ashok nagar metro station. Room was clean. Hotel staff was also very well behaved. Room could have been little bigger though.

Didn't like noise in room (302) towards front from main road early in the morning from 5 am.
