Gokulam Park

It was a pleasant time staying in gokulam park munnar. Since this Gokulam Park belongs to gokulam group we had some expectations before arriving the Gokulam Park. We had an amazing and memorable experience during our stay, mainly because of the hospitable service of the staff. As and when we arrived the stay we never felt that we are in a strange place. We had an incredible experience in the restaurant specially because of the staffs, mainly anagha and mamitha. They always welcomed us with a smile and was always available to help whenever we needed. We are sure that they are really an asset to this Gokulam Park. Their service pushed us to recommend this Gokulam Park to others and for us to come back again. Not only them, but chhabatha, srikumar, akhil, gibe and albino had done a wonderful job. In our view, we rate as cleanliness- 5/5 hospitality - 5/5 food - 4. 5/5 service 5/5 over all, the stay was very good. We recommend this with no doubt.

Gokulam park munnar offers a picturesque location that perfectly covers the serene beauty of munnar. During my stay, i opted for the presidential suite, which boasted breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. However, the experience was slightly marred by the state of the washroom, which could benefit from better maintenance. On dining, the food was decent, albeit nothing extraordinary. The staff were courteous and attentive, enhancing the overall hospitality experience. In my view,, gokulam park munnar earns a rating of 3. 5/5. While its location and views are commendable, improvements in washroom maintenance and culinary offerings could elevate the guest experience further.

It is well maintained Gokulam Park, room was good & spacious. Food was good however there is scope for good improvement. Staffs were good. Games room need some energy to add. Location is great. Ample parking space was available. Cleanliness & hygiene maintained nicely all across Gokulam Park including in common areas, housekeeping & room service was promptly available whenever required. It was pleasant stay along with family, for two nights, overall excellent Gokulam Park to stay while at munnar. One thing they can do to add value is to consider adding some evening activity at Gokulam Park for family & kids, it will greatly enhance overall experience & value for everyone.

Access to the property is good. Safety is not an issue. Rooms were clean but the rooms and bathrooms had a weird smell which i feel is due to lack of ventilation. I was given a room on lower floor, so it was overlooking an under demolition property. Not a good sight. Executive room was quite big and comfortable for 3 adults. Food was excellent. They refilled the breakfast buffet even past 10 am(closing time. Ala carta at dinnertime was good too. Didn't get a chance to try their bbq at the coffee shop though. Staff were very friendly and no pestering for tips. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It’s a nice Gokulam Park to stay, rooms were spacious and clean. Good hygiene. The amenities in the Gokulam Park were nice. Though a few times current went off, but came back within few minutes so not a concern. The view from the room was pretty amazing, nicely located property. The coffee shop has a very pretty view of the tea gardens, they serve tea, coffee and few snacks there. Snacks options and serving quantity could be improved. Staff was courteous and polite. Overall it was a good experience in this property.

If you are looking for a decent safe stay, then go for it. The location of the Gokulam Park is close to munnar. As i was looking for a place where kids can have some activities, this was not the ideal one compared to the price i had paid. Also the present climate at munnar is very hot, this Gokulam Park is located at chithirapuram which is a hotter place than munnar. I never opt this Gokulam Park again as this is highly priced and not worthy for the money i have paid.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at gokulam park in munnar and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly welcome. The location of the Gokulam Park is breathtaking, surrounded by the serene beauty of munnar's landscapes. The rooms were not only spacious and immaculate but also thoughtfully designed for both comfort and luxury.

The Gokulam Park has a good view from room, excellent staff very friendly, its a bit far from main munnar, so if you don’t have own vehicle you will have to eat in Gokulam Park only. The reception will get you car and taxi numbers for sightseeing. Do the jeep safari and explore munnar only, don’t go far it’s not worth it just money for taxis. Good Gokulam Park tho for relaxing and they can keep you entertained throughout.

Location is little away from city area. So it is very peaceful

Overall Gokulam Park, staff location is good, but washrooms needs some improvements we really loved food, dinner buffet is really reasonable rates

Courteous staffs. Very good and quick service. Rooms were good. Does not have refrigerator. Food was not bad. However by the time i checked in the lunch which was part of my package was over as it was very late. I was not offered something alternative. Well organized valet parking too.

Breakfast was good and room was clean. It is around 10 km from munnar. Hotel was bit expensive for rs 5500 per night for three person.

Awesome experience Gokulam Park is very good and staff service and food is awesome. Hotel surrounding and view point is next level entire my family trip enjoyed very much in my stay.
