I stayed in this property with my wife. We arrived quite late ( Around 12 :30 AM) at night for the checkin. The owner was waiting for our arrival and guided to our rooms. The rooms and toilets were clean, spacious. We even tried their homemade foods in the morning which was authentic Kerela style food. The fish fry and fish curry were awesome. The Alleppey beach is very close to this property( Around 5 mins). Highly recommended for budget travellers looking for a good place to stay.

We stayed there for a day recently. It was priced very reasonably, and although it did not have some amenities like geyser, it was pretty enough for our purpose. The best part is that the beach is at a walkable distance, and also has some good restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a good place to stay at.

I found this property through make my trip, we were two people, we booked a single non ac room. The room was well kept with a clean bedsheet and pillows. The property owner is very kind and hospitable.

The location was low key good. Great staff. Wasn't the stereotypical kerala ammayi. Cool people. Even fave us an hour extra cause we lagged to get ready n stuff ro checkout.

It's a nice stay with a welcoming and polite family only drawback is that alleppey beach area don" t have any restaurant to eat one have to order it online / phone.

Would fully recommend for budget traveller, check in was smooth, allepy beach was just a 2 minutes walkable distance.

Owner and his family was really nice. They provided us authentic home cooked masala dosa. We rented their scooty for the trip.
