it was good no proper lift nothing was there to go to the 4 floor

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, the lights were not working, and I even found a dead cockroach. Although the staff initially said they would change my room, they never followed through. The room I was assigned was on the fourth floor with no lift available, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the bed was also dirty. Overall, the hotel failed to address basic cleanliness and guest concerns, and I would rate my experience 1/10.

A Terrible Experience – Basic Comfort and Safety Were Completely Missing I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, things started to go downhill. The room we were given had absolutely no proper ventilation, making the entire space feel claustrophobic and suffocating. Despite the hot weather, the air conditioner wasn’t functioning at all, and neither was the TV, which only added to our discomfort. We were literally struggling to breathe due to the lack of airflow, and the heat inside the room was unbearable. To make matters worse, the electricity kept going off frequently, and there was no backup or generator support, which left us sweating in a dark, hot room for long stretches. This is simply unacceptable for any hotel that charges money for basic lodging. The cleanliness of the room was also appalling. The bedsheets were stained and clearly not washed, which made it very difficult for us to even consider sleeping on the bed. Hygiene is one of the most basic expectations in any accommodation, and this hotel failed terribly in that regard. Another major concern was the lack of a proper door locking system. It made us feel unsafe throughout the stay, especially during the night. The door didn’t shut securely, and there was no sense of privacy or protection. For a guest to feel unsafe in a hotel room is completely unacceptable. Overall, the room was extremely hot, poorly maintained, and lacking the most basic amenities. What should have been a relaxing and comfortable stay turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements. Until then, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. There are far better options available where you can actually feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of.

The room was too hot fan and ac was not working toilet flush was also not working and tap of shower was broken and the food which the hotel staff arranged for us was not hygienic we got food poison due to that

The bathroom flush and the jet spray were not functional. No towel or soap in washroom. Stained comforter. Pillow without cover. Tv not working. Room odour was not good. Initially i was denied entry but later i was allowed after reaching out to mm t for support. The hotel staff was rude and unfriendly

Its a fine property if u just want to sleep and rest after a long journey. Dont expect very much from this property

A stay which is good if u are a boy. Many food options available nearby. Staff is good and polite. You can even stay if u have to do wfh.

It is located at such a horrible location that i was unable to find it for more than 1 hours. Four wheeler cab can not reach at the location. Water is not supplied in bathroom and toilet.

Very worst experience no hygiene inside the room and tv also not working or water also not available in bathroom finally I want to explain in few words fully wrost experience or decision of my life.

Location was peaceful we love the environment at hotel golden bliss, bathroom were super clean we recommend this hotel to other travellers also.

I stayed recently and had a disappointing experience. Extra Charges: I was asked to pay additional money upon arrival, which wasn’t mentioned during booking. No Response: When I tried calling to resolve the issue, no one answered. Staff Behavior: The reception staff was rude and unhelpful, which made things worse. This was very frustrating, and I hope the management improves their service.

Worst hotel staff and hotel, very bad experience, don't come, completely froud, asking extra money after coming here

Golden Bliss is an Average Hotel near IGI Airport T 1-2. Those who don't know the Location just type Golden Bliss on MAP bcs i uploaded this Location. Surprise is Receptionist didn't say any word for extra charge which i heard a lot from others if we booked. Room bedsheet is not clean. I always carry my personal bedsheet in my bag. They should do some work for hygiene. Wifi is not so good i can say average speed & Geyser is Working. I don't know about AC bcs i visit in Winter. Nearby areas of food is cheap & lots of shops surrounded like Cosmetic, Barber, Fruits, Fast food, etc.

ok i will list down key reasons for this rating: 1. very shady location, had issues reaching there at midnight. 2. room are new but not clean, had dust on the floor, the mattress, pillows, towels everything was stained. 3. no dustbin in the entire hotel!! 4. i was given the fourth floor and there was no lift in the hotel, all the luggage had to be carried till the 4th floor. 5. shower didn't work 6. the geyser didn't work, hot water was not available, i had to bathe in freezing cold water in this winter. 7. this is not a major issue but their was a group of guests who was very noisy and disturbing, they would knock on my door and try to open it and would run off as i open it, this happened 6-7 times😭. hotel staff did nothing, they should feel responsible and tell the group to calm down and not disturb other guests. 8. there was a cockroach under my bed 😭. 9. in bathroom, firstly it had very low light, secondly there was no bathing mug, just a greasy cut out of the bottom part of a pepsi bottle. 10. no drinking water jugs, glasses anything available, they would just give you an used plastic bottle with refilled water from god knows where.

Not good service, no towels, no proper locks for bathroom no hot water and cold water.

The room's latch was broken, washroom's door never closed, shower didn't work, we got bucket on asking, the room didn't even have a dustbin, bedsheet was torn and had stains, the TV didn't work, the surrounding looked shady, many other services that are written in the amenities section doesn't actually exist for example LAN or Curtains (infact there was no window in the room) Positives: It was a budget stay, the staff was okay, we could order food from outside, it was close to airport

Golden Bliss is really a Blissful hotel I felt peace in this Hotel, Thank all the staff specially the Manager.
