The worst ever cigarette ash were there on the bed side dirty washroom dirty bedsheets washbasin was filled with pan masala marks and the gallery area is also not that great I had to just adjust because I had to go the next morning early or else would have searched for another option I would recommend please don’t go to this hotel

Place should be shut for renovation, it’s that bad and dirty, torn sheets, chipped walls, shower not working

There was zero cleanliness, right from the walls of the room to the linen. There is zero accountability of the staff towards keeping the place clean even basic level of cleanliness was missing.

Room was not clean . Hairs and spider nets in the washroom. TV was not working. I complained for TV but Staff replied with rudely.

Its not a good compare to the cost which we paid,..

Poor facilities, very dirty rooms and washrooms. TV was not working, no toiletries. Very foul smell in the room. You have no option but to live with all these as you have already paid

Worst hotel ever

First of all there was no power at the property when I reached and they were not sure what time power will be restored. On top of that there number was also switch off giving reason that due to power all phone lines were down . Called Mmt customer care and he just denied to compensate for the difference and have to look for another property at midnight and have to pay more then double the amount I paid . Seriously is it how you treat you MMT black member, was it my fault?

we had a very bad experience during our stay,,bedsheets were not changed, after requesting only they did.Room walls were dirty and also bathroom was not maintained well
