The front desk person and Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok staff is extremely nice and helpful. Miss uma, pushpa, dina aita are very active, helpful, soft-spoken every time smile stay on her faces. We had a wonderful time. Staff very polite and respectful and service is prompt. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. The bathroom is well-equipped and kept clean. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and good music. The food is delicious. The hospitality was excellent. Would recommend and return don’t think and booked this Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok today, you won’t regret it!

Hotel is nice and clean. Hotel management and staff are helpful. Breakfast is limited but it is good i.e. Less but what ever provided was good taste to eat. From Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok we are see beautiful mountains view which are pleasant to view it. Welcome by staff was nice gesture from their side. Overall nice and good Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok to stay. Only problem with the Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok is location if we hired any cab then no issue with Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok. We took a family room and it was on 5th floor with access to terrace. Rooms were spacious, can accommodate a family comfortably. Terrace had great view. Access to market place is an issue. Food is the area that needs improvement, it is very costly and options are limited. Inf-act in ala- carte your choices are limited to the spread in buffet. The other aspect that can be improved is facility for in room dining. There is only one chair and hence it is difficult to have food with family. But service is good and people are amazing.

Summit never disappoints and this time was no exception! Rooms are cozy and view from the room is fantastic! The staff are very courteous and well mannered and are always there to help you. Only problem is they do not serve complimentary mineral water bottles like other Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtoks do and heater is not present in the room. You have to ask for it and is subject to availability. Other than that it is highly recommended!

We booked family room for 2 nights, the room is very spacious with very good interior and an attic bed and very spacious wash room and a window side mattress was too good. There is an exclusive balcony offering views of gangtok city. Hotel staff are extremely great, helpful and room service was quick. Breakfast and food was tasty though spread is limited. Overall stay was great and would consider staying at same place again.

We had an incredible stay. The room was clean and well furnished. Good views and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but often took a Long time to be served. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet but also a bit far from the heart of the City. Regardless, we would recommend this Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok to future travelers who are looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

I had a great stay in this resort. This is super clean with a great hospitality. There staff is very friendly and there food taste is great.

Food was good. But only problem is that you have to order food on time, means at 4 p.m. you won't get any food. Only few snacks but that's very expensive. Didn't get momo over there.

I had booked this Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok for 4 nights and I am very happy with everything. I would highly recommend this Golden Crescent Resort & Spa, Gangtok to people. The only thing which bothered me was that when you are in a room you can hear the voices of the people from the next room. Overall it was a good experience and nice stay.
