let me start with the day we reached kochi , the pickup was on time and the driver was kind, polite, humble and the best driver we ever had. the car was clean and well maintained. on the way to Munnar we had complementary traditional lunch at clay oven which was good and we enjoyed it. then we reached fort munnar Golden Fields Resort in munnar : the staff over there was good and kind also the place is good and clean we loved the food over there. the only concern is that the Golden Fields Resort is far from munnar and it take 1 hour for us to reach there , some one from make my trip should have informed this to us. Thekkady: in Thekkady we had ammana plantation resort which is quite posh and nice looking basically eye pleasing but food is pathetic and they mentioned jacuzzi images in the photos it is a bit misleading as we just get bathtub. then we went to kovalam we stayed at amara ayurvedic retreat the food is not that great also the place is okaish the message I took was good then the last and the least azure tides marari beach resort which is not at all good did not feel like staying there even for one night although the access to the beach is good. there was no time for us to explore mattupatey dam and echo point also inthekkady it was mentioned that kalari show is there but we needed to pay for that show. and we requested cake at fort munnar and at Amana plantation while booking the this package from mmt but we was not mentioned to them and they did not arrange it for us . it was a miss from mmt it should be taken care of

The property is absolutely breathtaking, with its impeccable cleanliness and remarkable architecture making it truly worth every moment. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and cooperative, but a special mention goes to ms. Neha from the restaurant team. She truly stands out with her exceptional customer service, warm demeanor, and ever-smiling nature, making every interaction delightful. We absolutely loved our experience here and can’t wait to visit again. This place is a gem, and we’ll definitely be recommending it to our friends and family!

The resort is very good. It is a place of relaxing and leisure with not much to do in terms of activities but you can check in, have good food, and relax near the lake. The rooms are very big and nice. The resort is at a very remote location with no shops or anything for a good distance and no support for Ola, Uber etc. so bring your own vehicles as the ones here would cost big.

A nice refreshing stay away from the city. Decent room, good food and courteous staff. They have a nice garden area near a small lake, not much activities to do but you can play volleyball if you are in a group. Indoor games include table tennis, carrom and foosball with a play area for kids as well. Room 9/10 food 9/10 ambience 8/10

The place is really good, spic and span! the landscape is worth every penny. It's spread across quite well with great amenities like play area, swimming pool, restaurant, open lawn, and river view. Rooms give you a luxury feeling with interiors of great quality. Top-notch experience!

The property is excellent. Well maintained. Courteous and polite staff. The check in was supposed to be at 2:00pm but we arrived a bit early, and they got the room ready for us within 15 mins.

Nice cozy property by the river. The jacuzzi was a downer as the buttons were not operable, a remote would have been better. Service and hospitality were good.
