Golden Heights Enclave

We stayed in Golden Heights Enclave for three days. The food was delicious. The room was cosy and the staff very cordial and prompt. Located at a walking distance from Mall Road and Darjeeling railway station, the hotel provides beautiful views of Darjeeling. One can also see the Kanchanjunga on clear days from the open terrace as well as the lounge. Thank you for making our Darjeeling vacation memorable and your warm hospitality. Would recommend this for anyone who visits Darjeeling.

Only good thing was behaviour of the staff Poor reviews because 1. Price was higher than the service 2. ⁠bad odour in the room 3. ⁠too small rooms 4. ⁠distance from mall

The hotel was good strategic location quiet and the people were super helpful kind and very clean rooms. The place has a 360 degree view from roop top and i love their dining area

Enjoyed an excellent stay. We stayed in room no. 205 ( deluxe room. From room there was excellent valley view. The room is spacious and bathroom was also good. From up floor restaurant view was more excellent. Food is very good. Staffs are well behaved. Complementary breakfast was very nice. The hotel is on the gandhi road and just 5 meter from entrance.

Room was too small, no chair or sofa available toilet was smelly. Staff behavior is good view from balcony was good

This hotel offers a delightful experience with superb ambience, delicious food, and top-notch services. While its location is a bit interior from the mall road. Despite the slight inconvenience of the location, the excellent amenities and services more than compensate. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars for its exceptional offerings and tranquil environment.

Good hotel for stay. Food serve by hotel healthy and tasty like home food. But per day hotel charge expensive.

Rooms are good. Good service. Food is like homely. Car can go till door. May be 5 meters walk. I was having a breakfast and dinner package. I have a jain in group and they made it seperately. It is inside an apartment and is on 5th floor. Lift is there. If you are a veg then near to that there is a pure veg restuarent 5 mins walk. You can view kanchenjunga peak if it is a clear sky. Went in oct and it was cold.

Smelly rooms were the toilet stinks always. The rooms shown for booking is actually different and is small. There is no cupboard which makes storage difficult.

Nice hotel, the manager gave us a free upgrade to a better room since we wanted a three bed at no extra cost. Overall ambience, the rooftop seating all was very aesthetic. Finally, location is perfect just near to mall road and there is no steep road or staircase on the way to hotel so a good choice for people travel-ling with senior citizens. Food items were also delicious and prices were reasonable.

Ok but standerd rooms are very small, no window. But view from the terece is very good.

Overall, it was nice experience. Staffs are very good. We had to manage by ourselves in that unknown city.

The hotel was good, the staff were good and the hotel had a great view of mount kangchenjunga from the room as well as from the restaurant and terrace.
Hotel staff were great immediately when we arrived the staff sanitised us and our luggage

The room was lovely, in a very good location and the staff was helpful. They even upgraded our room to the one which had a fantastic view
