Golden Heights Enclave

We arrived there as a family and stayed for 3 nights recently. The entrance of the Golden Heights Enclave is deceptive and not impressive, but once inside, the Golden Heights Enclave is decent. The deluxe rooms are a little small, but there are a couple of family rooms on the top with a breathtaking view. The Kanchenjunga view from the common dining area is surreal. The food remains the best part of the stay. Options will be limited (that's how it is in hill stations), but quality and taste can beat any 4-star restaurant. Breakfast spread is limited but fresh & yum! Service and staff behavior is also great. One negative is lack of heaters in rooms in cold winters. It's charged per night and is not effective at all. They serve hot bags in the rooms, which is not enough as well. But this is, of course, applicable during super cold winter and not rest of the year. All in all, a great stay.

I stayed in this Golden Heights Enclave twice. The first time I had booked it was a very pleasant experience. The second time I travelled it was during December, the only problem I faced was there was no provision for a room heater. However, they could provide me a hot water bag. The Golden Heights Enclave is located very close to the mall (around 5 minutes walking). From outside it might look like a normal building but once you enter the feel is different. The staff and service is very good and food is also pocket friendly.

We were really very pleased with the warm hospitality of the Golden Heights Enclave. Each and every problem we were facing were solved with a smile. Hotel manager was very suppportive and helped us to plan our sightseeing and provided good fare to avail the car from the Golden Heights Enclave . I want to congratulate the Golden Heights Enclave owner the way they are maintaining their business not only with customer satisfaction but also giving their staff the necessity they have as everyone was praising the owner.

It's a fantastic Golden Heights Enclave. The staff gives a personal touch and was very enthusiastic while explaining the facilities available in the Golden Heights Enclave and was very responsive to our request. Hotel is located right in the center of the City. The local market, as well as malls, are at a walkable distance. Room was very cleaned and well maintained. Food was very good. I will recommend this Golden Heights Enclave to everyone who is visiting Darjeeling.

A different sort of experience, staying in the room. Which had a very Tibetan touch . The guys we helpful . And we got to feel the Tibetan hospitality, and the culture nice view of the city from the dining area We didn't know we could rent a room heater, and realised it only the next day through notice pasted on the door. So it was rather cold and had to layer ourselves with warm clothing, plus the blanket and the comforters Overall, it was a pleasant stay

We initially booked 1 night and ended up staying for a week. The Golden Heights Enclave is great and the staff are always on hand for any queries you may have, they were always ready with a smile! The location is perfect for a stay in Darjeeling. Our room was very clean and had amazing mountain views. The lounging area was very handy and again has fantastic views, from which you can see the beautiful sun set! We would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent place. Only 5 minutes from Male. Staff are very decent & helpful. Room and bathroom is very clean. But food rent is slightly high. Specially the Manager named Sudarshan is very helpfuland polite behaviour. On return day he and his staff give a special honour to all my family members. Gave chocolate and Cadbury to my little son. In future if I will visit Darjeeling must stay at this Golden Heights Enclave. I give 4. 8 marks out of 5.

Overall good. Mall is 2 minutes. Toy train station 2 minutes down way. As per location no need to do up down walking. All facilities are available around. Nice top floor dining place. Nicely decorated. And the breakfast menus are limited but the safe is too much good. Nice person also. Staffs are very good behaved and kind persons. I like to refer this Golden Heights Enclave to all.

It was a very nice stay. The manager and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Awesome service and food quality. View from the rooms were also great. Overall a big thumbs up to the place and the people over there.

Location wise good. Staffs are very polite n helping. Breakfast was served hot which was required in that weather. They have packed our morning breakfast which we had during the transit. The only thing rooms were quite small. As we spent whole day outside for sight seeing so it was okay to spend the night. Overall stay was good.

Hotel is awesome for his location and the clear view of sleeping buddha, food is very much spicy and too much costly, u can avail outside food, good in quality. Room heater not available. Breakfast has not much alternatives. Room service is average.

Stay was good. Location is few minutes walk from market place. Staff are very cooperative. They do not provide any breakfast and neither are there any AC in the room. Please carry all toiletries and tea/coffee arrangements as they provide just a soap in the room.

Everything about the stay and services was very good. The best part was hospitality. The Golden Heights Enclave was very different conventional Golden Heights Enclaves. Also, view from the Golden Heights Enclave was very beautiful. Would like to visit again.

The location was good-close to all the interests and in a quite street, the room was comfortable and cozzy, clean bathroom. The staff was helpful and nice. The only problem is that the WiFi service worked only next to the resepsion. Over all it was a good experience.

Helpful friendly staff, stunning views, very clean, warm comfy beds, white fluffy towels, tasty food, great location. Organised a great tiger hill sunrise trip for us, at a good price. Everything about this place is great, we didn't want to leave. Thank you golden heights enclave.

Awesome Golden Heights Enclave and really amazing staff.

We gained nice experience, room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Linen were clean and toiletries, hot water, amenities were all available

Location is good. Lift only for going upstairs as the Golden Heights Enclave is on 5th floor. Below residential apartment. Room is good. No ventilation in bathroom a problem. Staff are too good. Food a bit costlier. Sight seeing arrangements are provided by Golden Heights Enclave, charges xtra. Overall nice stay and recommended.
