Hotel and ataff was decent enough. However there was no dental kit and tea kit available I even had to ask for water. And when I called to ask for dental kit and tea kit they gave me an opened packet of a toothbrush which I couldn’t use as it was already opened and tea kit never arrived even after asking for it for multiple times. Hotel staff was polite but services provided was questionable.

The person at the reception asked me to pay the whole booking amount of one day for early check-in after negotiating he charged me 1500 for that. This is not the way to treat the guest as this was not the hotel policy coz he asked me to pay 1500 in cash. As it was going in his pocket.

Good location with availability of parking, rooms are neat and clean, staff and manager were polite, food quality is very good with ambience of roof top restaurant. Only deficiency i find is service part which is a bit slow.

The hotel was good and ambience was also good the room was also neat and clean.

Over priced room with no facilities, very bad view from window. Bad quality of shampoo & soap no conditioner, no bath matt. Early morning bed smell of thinner. So much noises like factory running on top. Mmt should review the hotel before putting on the portal, other hotel like the grand village, amara, hotel 24 are 200% better & less priced
