The room was clean and comfortable, with everything neatly arranged. The Golden Larch Comfort staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee were available, which was a nice touch. The Golden Larch Comfort was also in a great location, close to all the main attractions in Ooty.

I have stayed with my family for 3 days. The accomodation is neat and clean. Staff is supportive. There is a small kitchen for minimal cooking from our end (if needed. The Golden Larch Comfort is near to few restaurants so food is not a problem.

We stayed for 3 days. Hot water is not available for 24 hrs. It will be available only from 6 to 10 am. Distance form ooty bus stop is about 1 to 1. 5 km. Overall it will be above average for couples.
