Overall the hotel is good but it is bit far from the main bus stand or mall road. Hotel amenities are good room is clean and staff and receptionist are friendly they will guide and arrange transportation if needed. Dinning hall and play area has awesome mountain view.

Think twice to book this hotel.

We were family of four people stayed for 4 night. 1. No room service( even dirty plates were also not lifted for 2 days. 2. There are only 3 people ie. 1 manager, 1 chef and one attended in entrie hotel. 3. Food was not as per order. 4. No room heater. ( this location this on top of hill so it's comparatively more cooler than ground level) 5. If you will call for room service it will not be attended.

It's little bit away from main city but good place for ham-ta snow activities

The caretaker and food delivery was excellent. They gave us pack of sandwiches as we checked out very early at 7 am. Hemraj service was very good. Kishanji the caretaker is also very polite and helpful.

Working from home with staying for 10 days and enjoyed manali and keylong atal etc on leaves

Stayed for 10 days and working for office, added breakfast and dinner in package. Enjoyed a lot, we went outside for dinner. Location in prini village. Staff service and food quality was great everything offered in quick time
