Golden Metro Hotel

From the minute you step into the courtyard and foyer you are welcomed like a friend. It's clean, classy, and comfortable (even the air is purified! ). Nothing is too much bother, including when we needed an extremely last minute transfer to Agra. First-rate room and bathroom (with turn down): spacious, clean, thoughtfully designed. The pool on the roof is amazing and the attendants here are superb -. The choice of four (excellent) restaurants makes staying here such a pleasure. Palace is above and beyond them in terms of design, staff, and facilities. Staying here, in the middle of such a busy city, is a remarkably relaxing experience.

The fixtures in the room were very good. Service was extremely prompt. The location of the Golden Metro Hotel is generally convenient, but the front access could be made better. Because of heavy traffic in front of the Golden Metro Hotel, And the relatively narrow porch, driving in may become cumbersome. The illumination level in the rooms could be better. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The rooms are spacious, the tea/coffee kettle facility is very good. Housekeeping service is very prompt, and the reception counter is helpful. I would recommend this Golden Metro Hotel.

We had confirmed reservation from makemytrip. However, when reached the Golden Metro Hotel the reception had no information. They made us wait for 10 mins to a lot a room. The room is good the Bathroom is average. The breakfast mainly south Indian was good. When I reached the counter to check-out I expected them to reply me in the local language. The staff mostly do not know the local language. After handing over the key they said "Sir, you are OK to leave". Overall, rating-: Good. A smile could take them from good to excellent!

Food quality is very poor not even a basic quality it is better to have in roadside than in this Golden Metro Hotel. I think their chef doesn't even know how to cook also .. They need to be trained. Rest of the staff is good, cleanliness is good and it is very nearby the mall, good location and prime location .. Other than food everything is OK

Excellent Golden Metro Hotel for family stay. Staff are very cooperative and well behaved. Rooms are spacious and clean. TV, coffee maker etc are working. Very good restaurant and room service too. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the top floor. Near to shopping mantra mall. Value for money. Excellent and safety family stay.

MMT pricing for this Golden Metro Hotel made my travel more economical and thanks for the support. In Bangalore we need such support with quality of stay and food would more appreciable. Would like the staff to continue their best services in future as well. A bit of attention needed in maintaining wash rooms.

We had to catch an early morning bus from majestic, hence chose this Golden Metro Hotel. Hotel staff are courteous, we were able to prepone check in timings by 2 hours. Rooms were comfortable, no complaints on the cleanliness and room maintenance. I would happily recommend this to others going forward.

Excellent Hotel with good central location, good amenities. Stay was fantastic, I stayed in this Golden Metro Hotel many times. It has got conference facility with the capacity of 30 to 200 people. Very close to city railway station.

Courteous, hygiene, well behaved and trained staff. Centrally located. Near Mantri square, Front Office, Housekeeping services have been highly professional. Good Budget Golden Metro Hotel to have Company meetings with a good Banquet. They are accommodative, KEEP IT UP.

Hotel is really good. Welcome was very soothing with a welcome drink, people at the welcome desk were good and polite, even the other staff were polite. Overall cleanliness was good. Professional all participated actively.

Good hospitality. Good well come drink. Well arranged local sighting. Room service is excellent. Swimming pool is hood. Pool is good if opened in evening. WiFi is good. But its working a few hours in a day.

Oil in the food prepared is more... make less use of oil.

It is value for money Golden Metro Hotel, located at centre of city, good place for overnight stay on a work trip. Vegetarian Food is decent, bathroom is small but well appointed. Room has got a fridge and tea maker. Time taken from airport 1. 5 hours in late evening.
