hospitality was so nice..all staffs were very friendly and well behaved.

Untidy rooms, cockroaches all over in the room, bedsheets dirty , rooms are below average. Not worth staying

very unpleasant situation...room is very small...no ventilation.....no clearness.... breakfast is very bad. don't waste your money

Location good, food average, amenities bad, cleanliness very poor, staff behavior average, bedsheets, pillow cover dirty, towels were torne, no exhaust in toilet and bump shower was broken...not at all value for money...

Wifi service not provided for all the 4 days of stay. We were not allowed to use the restaurant throughout the day due to some conference in their only eating area, hence food was only delivered to rooms. Both of these issues were not informed prior. They kept saying they will provide wifi tomorrow every day that we asked, but never provided. Even the restaurant staff were impolite.

No watchman in the night at 10:30 pm, people were shouting at the deck area. The hospitality is very bad

Room price is higher than expected. The hotel is amazing, the staff is very corporative and my experience is amazing.

We stayed here for 1 night as an interim stop in our journey so not much to mention here. A few things to note are: 1. No private. Parking is in front of the hotel shared with id-bi bank staff. 2. The room was clean and decent. 3. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat looked dirty and no exhaust fan. I tried changing the room but the second one was worse. We didn't have any food so no comments. The staff was cooperative.

Absolutely prime location nearby Mayfair Logoon, Homely Food, I mean NO use of unnecessary spices. Apart from Basic Amenities, a small fridge was also provided by the hotel, which is great, Friendly Staffs.

The room was kinda dirty. Even i asked for extra towel they didn’t provide. The washroom top was horrible and very dirty. It was difficult to close the door of washroom too. Tv was not even working.

The hotel is situated in the prime location of the city. Rooms are clean and well furnished with all modern amenities, foods in the restaurant are decent and over the all, the property staff are very polar-it and always ready to help, i stayed here 29th to 30th november.

Room was good, service was excellent too & food was also good, behaviour of the staff was also excellent. Surroundings of the hotel us also good. You will get local food as well as local transport also. Overall experience was excellent.

Property's location is very good at jaydev vihar bhubneswar, facilities ok to satisfactory, some toiletries like dental kit / shaving kit, and a bathroom slipper should be provided

I recently stayed at hotel golden orchid. The location is excellent, and the food was good. Amenities and services were decent, though not exceptional. My only issue was with the door- the bathroom door didn’t function properly, which was inconvenient. Apart from that, it was a good experience overall.

Terrible experience ! The stench in the room was unbearable. AC leaked water . I spent 12 hours and they were the worst 12 hours of my life .
