Golden Pond Resort

It’s a great place I visit there frequently with my family and friends, and we enjoy the food. All dishes are very wonderful, the staff is very good, and the swimming pool is awesome. All good.

But I had booked for 4Adults and 2 child there on their system it showed 2 adult two chid and so i had to pay extra

Property was good but the staff of hotel was very rude and was very non co operative but property was good to stay

no proper service, rooms are also not as per price. Bad wall and roof condition. waste of money. foods are expensive with no taste

We stayed with family for one night on 16th August 2025. Bellow are some reasons for which I will rate this as a poor. 1. Food quality and test was not good 2. Room having window AC without remote. AC was not working. 3.Room interior was in damaged condition 4. Poor room service. Few good point : 1. Location was good. 2. Good outdoor swimming pool

Food was fantastic n yummy. Worth it for price. Room was also good n good housekeeping service. N view from hotel is fantastic.

room service is poor, small pool ring was punctured, room phone not working, generator not started after power breakup, after many requests they start generator. the only good is inhouse restaurant and bar, food so so nice and service was good.

Stay average comfortable and wifi not available and food is very very average not any other facilities like game zone, disk o bar, swimming pools this is not resort noly for night stay bad room and once again food is very low quality

As per booking detail complimentary breakfast & dinner but there is no bufffet choice any one. Breakfast & dinner available at menu card but most of item not available. Room linen & towel are smelly. Room hot water kittle not available

Overall hotel needs maintaience, despite of having good revere view rooms are not upto the mark. Bathroom needs upgrade, no buffet in the night. Breakfast spread is limited

The hotel management thinking like their are the bods, no service, no proper answer of any of queries just feel like you are burden on then

The stay at the property was good but the service of the restaurant was terrible. The behavior of the restaurant staff was very un ehitical nd disastrous.

Very bad experience not maintained staff is not cooperative rooms are not in condition property is also not maintained

Only school children - too noisy and their dj annoying. Property is good. Location is great. Food is also good. Needs some minor maintenance.

Property is really good, great ambience, staff is really helpful, location is beautiful for nature lover, food was ok.

Food delivery is not there. Staff is not proper. Mis-management. If you were stay this property, you will be hunger.

Resort is located at very good place but room was not so good. There’s is something which make you feel uncomfortable at hotel bed sheets washroom
