Very good location within the baharampur shilpa taluk, and within seven minutes walking distance from rly station beside a big pond. Very neat and clean inside, efficient & good quality elevators, well maintained bar & restaurants are amazing. It should be specially mentioned that our departure was in early morning and still we had hassle free checkout, complimentary car service to station with free complimentary but very good quality and sumptuous breakfast. Our overall experience of stay was outstanding. But one point to mention specially that all staff from front desk to restaurant personnel or car drivers are very efficient and cordial with ever smiling face. I wish to come here again.

Lovely experience i must tell. I usually stay here during my business trips. I have no complains from the staff or the facility. They are quick and fast. They make you feel great. The buffet breakfast and dinner is adequate. The room service is quick. The rooms are of decent size and with all the required amenities. Check in and check out super smooth. All in all a good place to stay.

Location is good, food is good, good amenities and service. Staff is very good, GOLDEN RETREATS is perhaps the best you can get in berhampore in GOLDEN RETREATS grade. Its as good as 5 star inside but outside approach is narrow and parking is very tough though they have a valet service.

The GOLDEN RETREATS was very neat and tidy, the staff were very polite, but the only thing i didn't like is the time taken for the services to be done. I had to wait for almost 25mins just to get 2 packs of sugar. Thank you.

The room and amenities were excellent, offering a comfortable stay. The location is conveniently close to the railway station and market, making it ideal for both family vacations and business travel.

One of the best place where the hospitality was justified for the guest that they can imagine about. The food was fabolus.

The rooms are clean staff named mintu was very cordial and nice good stay for a short trip food is good staff courteous only the room could have been a little more spacious
