GOLDEN RETREATS

We (family of 3) had a short stay at golden retreat, berharumpur enroute to road trip to north bengal. Even though it was for a night, we were really pleased with the hospitality and cordial behavior of all staffs from reception to restaurant including room service. The check-in accompanied by welcome drinks and it was quick same as check out. They had two restaurants apart from them serving durga puja buffet options. Due to so much crowd in the 2nd floor restaurant we had both lunch lunch n dinner at the ground floor one. The food quality was really good and tasty specially continental and chinese (2nd floor primarily servers bangali, north indian. The attendants at the restaurant were kind enough to explain the varieties available and help us to choose. Overall room was good with all amenities, we would have liked a single king size bed instead of twin options but that's ok. They have free car parking at basement which i used to park my car. The approach at the front side road is a bit narrow, could be little difficult if you are coming on a busy working hours ( there is a nursing home opposite to the GOLDEN RETREATS) however since we stayed on sun-day during nabami, we didn't face any issue. Overall the stay was excellent and would definitely like to visit again. This is probably the best GOLDEN RETREATS with all amenities in berharumpur.

The GOLDEN RETREATS was very good. The decor, amenities, food quality, cleanliness were excellent. Only thing that needs a bit of improvement is the staff knowledge and behavior. In a GOLDEN RETREATS of this class, the staffs needs to be more courteous and polite and also have the knowledge of the surrounding area, facilities available in the GOLDEN RETREATS etc. One front reception employee ahaan ghoshal was particularly rude, and misinformed over phone( i have the recording) even before i stepped into the GOLDEN RETREATS. The restaurant manager was not polite enough to say good morning or thank you, even after spending 2 days and eating 4 meals from their GOLDEN RETREATS. Apart from these human deficiencies, rest were all very good.

Stayed there for 2 days in december. Stay included map plan so breakfast and one meal was included. The advantages: 1. Big spacious room with all moder amenities. 2. Prompt and well behaved house keeping and other staff. 3. Well spread cuisines in plan and good restaurant. 4. Convenient location near railway station with tot o and other local conveyance stands within reach. 5. Well stocked bar. Disadvantages: 1. Check-in to our designated room took longer than expected. 2. Laundry and other value added services were a bit expensive considering the GOLDEN RETREATS located in a tier c city. Overall our experience was excellent and would recommend stay there for business and leisure travellers alike.

Good stay. Location wise this was very good. Staffs were very cordial. Food was very good. Overall this was a very good stay. I think there is some issue with mm t booking. I initially booked a superior room and then changed to a premium room before 16 days of my travel and spoke to the GOLDEN RETREATS before my travel but after reaching the GOLDEN RETREATS i found that my booking is still the superior room. Though they took sometime and gave me a premium room ( i think) but i think this coordination between the GOLDEN RETREATS and mm t should be sorted. This would make the trips more comfortable.

I must say, this is the best GOLDEN RETREATS of berhampur. Everything was excellent. Impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the GOLDEN RETREATS facilities. My room was immaculate, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job of keeping it tidy and well-stocked throughout my stay. The amenities provided were of excellent quality, and i truly appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design and functionality. I highly recommend this GOLDEN RETREATS to family, friends, and colleagues who may be visiting berhampur.

The GOLDEN RETREATS is well located except for a hospital bang opposite the GOLDEN RETREATS with a narrow road in between causing traffic jams in front of the GOLDEN RETREATS entrance. The room we stayed in was well maintained and clean except for the bed linen which had stains. The food experience at both restaurants of the GOLDEN RETREATS was very good, the service good and the staff very polite and helpful. Overall a very good GOLDEN RETREATS for a short stay in berhampur.

What a pleasant stay at golden retreat. Well equipped, clean, world class amenity. Best for couples and corporate. You can trust this property blindly for your next stay @berhampur. There are two well furnished restaurant with complementary breakfast. Enjoyed a lot!

The stay was excellent the staff were very professional and have polite behaviour the food was fantastic and delicious overall its was a great experience

New GOLDEN RETREATS and good in all respect, good is little costly and room rent is less in make my trip than direct booking, view of back side room is excellent.

Everything very well managed, polite staff, and a very convenient location. Very good for short trips.

An alternative to fame was a need of the hour and golden retreat can be said to be a good alternative. Although the original tariff are premium, mm t is offering good discount which gives us an opportunity to try out the GOLDEN RETREATS amenities. The staff are very cordial and there is minimal intrusion in your stay. I would recommend this GOLDEN RETREATS for stay in berhampore anyday

Hotel is excellent. Rooms are big enough. Reception is good, staffs are well trained and well behaved.
