Pros: Good location with peaceful beach. Swimming pool is also maintained great and food quality was also nice. Cons: stopped to take bath in sea by security which was a let down.

Below average property.... very old property.... please avoid this place. Overpriced restaurant.... staff was rude & practically no room service.... only good thing is the private beach.

Been visiting this property for a while. Everything has changed for the worst, the old staffs who were courteous were nowhere to be seen. Tried booking from MMT for once, dint realise the luxury room was actually the standard room. Only had the breakfast there and it was severely mismanaged. Can only describe it as an OYO property with swimming pool

The room was not very comfortable, the AC broke down at midnight, and the fan was not effective. Good stay hotel people are kind enough to welcome us and it was a pleasant stay. One feedback is when we order food it takes more than 45 min to arrive. Apart from that all were good

No hot water in bathroom , few mosquitos in room spoiled my sleep, Karaoke was stopped few months back, swimming pool water is not good. No indoor or outdoor games to play.Dinner Food is good, breakfast is average.

The stay is good. but the food is very costly and not that good. They need to improve. On weekdays most of the food items and liquor options are very limited.

Sea front view premium room was not worth which they have charged..things are highly over priced.for example 1 ltr water bottle is Rs 100.. Location was good, Swimming pool usage- Rules are super voilated by the users in front of the security guard.seems they are helpless. It was very very dirty. I recommend not to use the swimming pool in this resort. Overall- highly priced in terms of rooms and it's services.only beach access is good.

We had booked 2 rooms as I had my family along with my parents, they alloted us a inter connected room, that was a very good option when going with the family. But the flush in the toilet in one room was not working, we ended up using only one toilet. The ambience of the report was superb, all of us in the family enjoyed it. The food in the restaurant is a little expensive for lunch or dinner, but taste wise, it was not so great. However, the breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff there are very nice.

Not worth the price they charge!! Location is the big plus. Very close to the well maintained beach. Rooms are below average for the price point. Stinking bathroom and plenty of lizards on the entrance welcome you to the room. Pool is just ok, small in size but ok. Food is good. Service is average. So overall, except for the location, there is nothing to praise about.

The beach is clean and its access from the room is very close which is an advantage. The quality of the room is average and the water heater was not working. Bit disappointed with the room quality, otherwise good.

Rooms and rest rooms are not maintained properly, drainage smell coming from rest room, after complaint, they just applied room spray @rest room - very bad!. Very worst breakfast :-( - just 2-3 times were there, worst menu & food quality. Strictly NOT recommenting.

Stay and ambience was good. The property is a bit old but rooms are clean and spacious for a family. we had a good time spent on the beach and swimming pool. breakfast is complimentary and it is very good. overall it was a good stay and can refer to my friends going with family.

rooms are maintained poorly, unpleasant smell, water supply issue in rest rooms. resort cane even be better maintained, swimming pool is poorly maintained, pool tiles are getting popped, hurting leg.while.swimming. strong lly recommend to no one
