Golden Swan Beach Resort

We went in for 2 nights stay at the resort. Upon entrance to the resort you will be blessed with the panoramic view of the murud beach. The biggest usp of the resort is its private access to the murud beach. We had booked deluxe room. The rooms were well furnished with refrigerator, tv, a small wardrobe and also it had a double decker setup to a bed of 2 adults. It does not have tea making kit as you would see in plush Golden Swan Beach Resorts. It does have a provision of room service for tea/coffee and special items mentioned in the menu leaflet kept in the room. But the biggest let down was the washroom, which had a defunct flush system and would request the management to have a periodic and thorough maintenance routine for addressing such malfunction. Also the front facing balcony had a malfunctioned fan to add to the list(noted room d-1. The tariff had included breakfast, lunch dinner. For all the days that we stayed in, we never found the food options repeated to my surprise. The food arrangement was a buffet system. The food taste was good and had a very good blend of varieties on each day of stay. Special mention to the restaurant staff who were courteous and prompt in service. Kids will find this resort very loving for they will always have golden swans to welcome you at at any random point inside the resort. Special mention to the housekeeping staff santosh whose promptness and politeness delighted our stay. He resolved our basin malfunction and also was courteous to add sports channel in our tv. The staff are also courteous to have your car washed every morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this would be our go-to resort if we again visit murud in the future.

Golden Swan Beach resort is truly located on the Murud beach. It’s a wonderful facility available in the area. Just open your room door and experience the waves and the sound of the sea. Just walk 100 steps and be on the tranquil seashore. The beach is so beautiful and clean… free from plastic, dirt and filth. Very well maintained and I sincerely request everyone to accept our individual responsibility towards the cleanliness of the seashore. The staff, the room service and all the necessary requirements are really good. Polite and honest staff. Well maintained rooms/ cottages. Ample parking space. Great location…on the beach. We were stayed there for 3 nights. Location is very good. Hotel is located right on the murud beach and beach is clean. Property is also very good and clean. But rooms are small. Front office staff is also good. House keeping and restaurant staff is polite. Restaurant service was very late, some times they took 30 to 45 menuts for tea. It was very surprising that there was no tea coffee makers in the rooms. It is a very basic facility. Some minor problems was ther in d 11 room. Main door latch is not working smoothly. Door closer is also not working smoothly and it was making quite big sound while closing the door. One screw was missing in main door tower bolt. Hot water mixer in bath room is also not working properly i think it is very old and now it is time to replace with new one.

The resort is at an awesome scenic location with direct acsess to the beach and the resort compound & structure ambience is also quite good. However, the lack of guests & maintainance during the long covid pandemic makes the place look slightly worn out. The place needs some painting & rennovation and thankfully the work appears to have begun and the place is likely to look spick n span once the work is completed. Food was delicious but limited variety & options due lack of occupancy. A very peaceful l place to chill and definitely a great short vaccation stop especially once the renovation is completed.

Firstly, location of the golden swan beach resort is the biggest plus point. Located bang opposite the beach, the property gives vibes of a calm and serene place where you can just chill and relax. They allotted a nice room as per my request. The staff is very polite, co-operative and always at your service. They will make it a point to try to cater to each of the requests. Food at the restaurant is also quite good. Ample parking space is available. Had a great time at the property. In a nutshell, it's an excellent place a a weekend getaway!

I made a mistake in booking. My plan was to ch k in golden swan, murud on 19th jean and ch k out on 20th as i against i inadvertently booked ch k in on 18th and ch k out 19th. My booking took place late evening from mumbai. I requested reception to give us letter that we have not availed the facility, but they refused. Further resort was pre-booked hence could not get booking and ch k in. Lot of frustration and mental agnoy. Request you to ch k with the resort and compensate for the loss or issue of fresh booking at any date.

Location is very good. Sea shore is 0 meter away. We stayed at delux rooms which were excellent. Service, food ( little bit costlier) good. However there no common toilet, refreshing room/dormitory for drivers. Front staff refused to provide any facility and suggested nearby Golden Swan Beach Resort for driver. This is very inconvenient as generally tourist specially senior citizens visit these places with tourist vehicle. It is very difficult for them to make arrangements for driver. Please do something in this regard.

Location is on the murud beach. It is a nice black sand beach, and a clean beach to have bath. The food from the restaurant is also very good. Room size is large, however maintainance of the property and rooms needs quite some improvement. Cars were cleaned by the staff everyday, which was nice. There are ducks in the resort for the kids. Enjoyed the stay with family. The tv channels are not that comprehensive, lack some basic channels, there not much to do in property after evening.

The location of the property was brilliant. The room and the property rooms could do with a better upkeep. But the staff makes up for the lack of amenities. The room that we stayed in did not even have a closet or a stand for that matter to keep our luggage nor did it have a fridge. . To be honest, the place was nit swanky but was decently neat but the staff were genuinely very good and the must say the food was excellent too.

Awesome place for family to have a relaxing vacation. Good food and superb service provided by staff. Beach facing property well maintained

Resort is centrally located at murud and close to beach. Staff is polite and helpful to assist. Food was delicious and buffet service. But, you can order other dishes with additional cost. Surrounding is clean and feels like leaving near to nature. Room and washroom clean and neat. They provide cycle on rent of rs. 100/hour which is little costly.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at golden swan beach resort, the location is right next to the beach, would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Bang on the beach. Cottages are good but expensive. They need to work on good quality. Typical restaurant style food nothing local or rural abt it. Staff is really good

It was a great experience. The resort is on the beach or you can say that they have a private beach. Resort is premium and swan adds beuty to the resort. The rooms are great which can easily accommodate four. I would highly recommend.
